Earth 1993: Green Lantern

Rage Unchained

    A red streak went through the vastness of space until reaching the planet Oa, a green orb that shines almost like a beacon through the darkness of space. The red streak went towards the planet, with its trail similar to fire before dissapearing into the atmosphere. The streak then started to slow down as now a humanoid figure of red light looked at the destruction. Multiple buildings were destroyed or cracked, the ground even had holes on it. It seemed like the planet itself went through a harsh and violent war as the figure just turned its head from left to right.

    The light died down to reveal a male humanoid with light blue skin, red eyes, wearing a black undersuit with red armor over it, jagged shoulder spikes on the armor, and gauntlets with a sharp edge to them near the elbow, and a helmet with a red crest on the top going down and coming up again to the sides of the head almost like a crown, wielding a red lantern ring on his left hand. This was Razer, Red Lantern who left Atrocitus and went to help the Green Lantern corps on multiple adventures. He held his left arm out as a beam of light came from the ring as he swept through the ruins before he held it next to his chest. "Scans show zero life signs," the ring stated.

    Razer just looked upon the destruction with a worried look and a heavy heart. "Can't be," he whispered before he flew through the skies of Oa. "Come on Kilowog," he stated as he went close to the ground to see bodies. Razer looked upon the dead bodies of previous Green Lanterns with their rings still on their fingers or next to them. As if the rings just suddenly went dead as Razer just kept on going towards the Central Battery Chamber.

    He flew in and then lightly stepped on the ground to only see the broken remains of the Central Power Battery. Razer turned to the right to see remains of the Guardians of the Universe. Their robes tattered and their bodies only chared skeletons. "So... not only the famed Guardians couldn't protect themselves," he said with disgust in his voice. He never cared for the Guardians, especially how they treated Aya before her death.

    Razer's ring flashed as he then looked at it, he narrowed his eyes before he held up his left arm. He scanned the room before the ring made a beep as if in order to find something. The Red Lantern followed where the ring was leading him until it lead him to another charred skeleton of a Green Lantern. Razer's eyes widened as the corpse had a familiar over bite and huge muscle mass, he went over to the corpse as he had his ring scan it.

    The ring scanned it and then it glowed as it spoke, "Scans of the corpse and the DNA confirms it to match Green Lantern, Kilowog."

    "No," Razer whispered as he ordered the ring to scan again. The ring took another scan and came up with the same result. Tears started to form in his eyes as another, "No," came from his mouth. Then from deep within the man as he felt the chains of control within him break and shatter. He looked up as his ring glowed a bright red as he screamed in pure anger and rage. The aura around him grew as red plasma shot out of his mouth as his eyes glowed bright red. Causing a huge red beacon to come from Oa as his scream filled the dead air.

    Kyle flew around as he did poses and even created a few constructs for Alex and her camera. He then landed on the ground as he gave her a small smile and looked at his ring, "This is not so bad," he said before putting both hands on his hips. Giving off a superhero pose for his girlfriend as she took another picture.

    "Not so fast, big shot," Alex stated as she gave him a small smirk before she set her camera down. "Let's get back at making green objects appear," she said as she crossed her arms.

    Kyle looked at her and gave a slow nod before he hold up his left hand and created a construct of a boulder. "How is this?" He asked as he looked at her.
