Tears flooded down his face, like glass shattering as the droplets hit to the floor.

"I love you so much! I can't explain it, your my everything Y/—" they cut him of quickly "Stop!" They began to cry, sob even.

"Please, anything but that! Anything, anything, anything!" They shouted as emotions slid down their face. Their heart rate quickening and their breathing getting rockier.

"W-what.. why?" Killua's arms Fell to his sides.
"Just.. just take it back.. please."

"No.. no, I love you!" Killua tried to get closer, but
Y/N only resisted by shoving him away.

And nothing has to change today

"Stay away from me!" Killua took In a sharp breath, his lip quivered and he whipped the tears from his face.

"But.." killua looked at Y/N's eyes, filled with emotion.

"I can, i promise I can do everything in my power to-" killua was once again cut off.
"No.. it's not you killua, I'm just scared."

Up all night

They swung their arms back roughly, making a snapping sound with the cloth of their outfit.

On another red eye

"Y/N..." killua stared with sympathetic eyes.

I wish we never learned to fly

"What are you scared of..?" Killua took a step forward.

Maybe we should just try

"I'm scared I'm going to hurt you!" They finally stated.  "I hate myself killua. I don't know what's going to happen to me, and I don't want it to affect you because... because I care about you!"

Y/N spoke quickly. "Do you.. love me?" Killua asked. Y/N looked to the side, then back up. "I.." they began, "i don't know." They lied. Killua began to quietly sob again.

I didn't mean to make you cry

"No.. no no.. I'm sorry killua I didn't mean to..." killua forced a smile. "It's okay, i get it."

"U-uh.." he stuttered and whipped his tears away, just for them to flood back out.  "I'll see you then... right?"

"Killua.." Y/N breathed out. He pretended like he was okay, when he obviously wasn't.

Killua turned around and waved. "Bye!" He held his head low and began to walk home in the pouring rain.

Y/N dropped to their knees and slammed their head into their hands. they began to weep.

Water droplets trickled down Y/N's hair as they lay on the concrete floor.

They bashed there fists into the ground, taking a large breath in, just to audibly howl while crying.

Y/N stood up, Then began to run toward killua, trying to stop him, unable to utter a sound. Suddenly, they crashed into him, making the two topple to the ground.

We fall apart as it gets dark

Y/N wrapped their shaky arms around him. The sun starts to set, leaving the sky pink and the horizon orange.

The two said nothing, the just held eachother and silently cried. Killua rubbed Y/N's back and they rested there face against his shoulder.

There's nothing you could do or say

Y/N whimpered, then sucked in air.

Y/N murmured into Killua's ear. Killua smiled softly and put one hand behind Y/N's head. "I love you too."

They knew they were dying soon, but told him anyways. How selfish.
