As I pull into the mall parking lot Lars begins to get our stuff ready, my bag, his phone and AirPods. We both exit the car, I lock it and start walking with him towards the mall. Lars grabs hold of my hand, we've always held hands while walking, especially in the road. His hands were mostly smooth, apart from a few blisters that caused a few bumps in his skin.
Apon entering the mall we come across a clothing store, without looking to see what store it is Lars drags me inside, pointing at a leather skirt with a few spikes forming a star on the side. We get closer as he says to me, 'Hey! You should try that on! It'd look good on you.' I inspect the skirt a bit more, 'Hmm.. I like it. Come, I'll try it on.' I take a skirt thats my size from the rack and walk over to the dressing rooms, I hand Lars my stuff and lock the door, trying on the skirt.
After I'm done I inspect myself in the mirror provided on the wall. I don't look too bad. I unlock and open the door to face Lars, his mouth makes an O shape. 'Ooh! I told you it'd look good. Wanna get it? I can pay for it.' I smile widely, he's always so nice. 'I can pay for it!' I insist, 'Fine, but I'm paying for the rest. Now, shall we continue looking?' I nod, closing the changing room door once more to change back into my shorts. I open the door once more to see Lars' face right up against where the door was, ready to jumpscare me. 'BAa- DAMMIT LARS.' I half shout. He responds with a loud laugh. I smile back. His laugh was so adorable.<Later>
We exit the store, Lars ended up buying me a bunch of shirts, pants and got us both friendship rings. He held all my bags for me, despite me begging to atleast hold one. We held hands as we walked a little further into the mall 'How about we get lunch?' Lars asks, 'Lars. I swear to god. You've bought so much- Let me pay for something.' He chuckles. 'You do realise I'm literally a millionaire.' 'I don't care. I personally think it'd be unfair if you paid for everything.' He smiles and shakes his head, ruffling my hair. 'Whatever you say Y/N, whatever you say.'
We walk past a small bakery, 'Hey. Lets get something from here.' I suggest, walking towards the bakery. Lars shrugs, 'Why not.'We finish up eating and gather all our stuff to start heading back to my place. The time was now two fifteen.
Heading back to the car, we saw some lady with two kids smile and wave at us. I think they were just being nice because I don't recognise them. We waved back though, that was a nice little experience.
