From The Battle Field And Back

Chapter 2:Believer

The next morning i was woken up to water being poured on me,

When I looked up i saw Lance,

Lance:bruh what the fuck

Me:....

And thats when he began to help me up,

When he got me up i put my arm on his shoulder as he carried me back my my bunker,

As we were both to enter my Drill Sergeant said,

The Drill Sergeant:PRIVATE...

And then thats when i whisper to Lance,

Me:go ahead and go im good

Lance:you sure?

Me:yeah

And thats when i took my arm off his shoulder and put it to the wound on my stomach as i turned around,

Me:yes sir

And thats when he began to walk up to me,

The Drill Sergeant:who did this to you?

And thats when i began to look around as i saw the guys that beat me up,

And then thats when i look at my Drill Sergeant as he said,

The Drill Sergeant:you took an oath don't lie to me

And thats when i took a deep breath as i said,

Me:I'm ok

The Drill Sergeant:that's not what i asked you Private who did this?

And thats when i looked him deeply in his dark brown eyes and said,

Me:I'm Fine Sir

And he knew that I wouldn't tell him so he just walked away,

And then i went inside my bunker...

Later on that day....

As i sat in the infirmary treating my wounds the 3 Privates walked in,

Private 1:You didn't tell?

And thats when i just looked at him with a straight face,

Private 2:why didn't you?

Me:because I'm a man who got jumped by 3 little bitches why would i tell

Private 3:to get us thrown in the box

Me:i can't touch you there

Private 1:what you mean?

Me:just because I didn't tell on you doesn't mean I won't get my get back

Private 3:?

Private 1:ok I respect that

Me:is there anything else?

And thats when the privates just looked at me with a confused look,

Private 1:i guess not...

These private were of the ages of 18 19 and 23,

The oldest one is like the leader in a way,

And the other two just follow,

Once i was all patched up i was good,

Even tho it took me 2 weeks to fully recover i thugged it out and did what i had to do...
