Elias slipped into the classroom, desperately hoping the teacher wouldn't notice. Surprisingly enough, the teacher wasn't actually there. In fact, there were only about two other students in the classroom. Shoot, was this the wrong place? Elias checked his schedule and back at the number by the door. Nope, this was it. So why was no one there? One of the kids sitting there looked over at him and grinned. "You must be the new kid. I'm Bay and this guy over here is Isak. We've been waiting for ya."

Elias raised an eyebrow, "you've been waiting for me? No offense, but that kinda sounds like something someone would say, right before trying to strangle me or something."

Bay frowned, then shrugged, "Relax kid, you're really paranoid if you think me and my 'muscles' would be able to do anything to ya." At the word, muscles, Bay flexed his ridiculously small arms in attempts to prove a point. "I couldn't hurt ya if I tried."

Elias blinked, come to think of it, they probably couldn't overtake him before someone heard the screaming. Nevertheless it never hurts to be careful. "So... What exactly is going on here? Where is everyone?"

At this, Bay chuckled and Isak grinned. "Ah... Well ya see... Look, I'm really sorry man."

Elias furrowed his brow, opening his mouth to ask what he was talking about. Before he could ask however, something hard and heavy smacked against his head, and he crumpled to the floor.

When Elias awoke, it was to the soft sounds of voices.

"Aw man, look what you did, he's totally dead." It sounded kind of like Bay, but higher pitched. Sort of... Younger? Yeah, definitely younger.

"Wait-really? I told you to hit him gently! I definitely didn't tell you to kill him!" This one was definitely Bay.

"Relax idiots, he's not dead, just asleep. Can you not see him breathing?"

"Oh thank goodness!" Said the high pitched voice from before. "I was really worried there for a sec. What would we do if he died? The campers would be furious, and we wouldn't have a bargaining chip anymore."

wAIT-WHAT

"Yeah, we worked way too hard for this just to lose it all because of some stupid mistake."

Elias opened his eyes in his frantic panic, wide and fearful. Were they trading him like some-some hostage??? Oh no, oh no, oh no... Over and over again in his head, Elias began to have an anxiety attack. There were no words to describe the feeling, it was overwhelming and overpowering. Too much, too much, too much.

"Woah! He's awake!"

"Quick, someone knock him out again!"

As suddenly as he woke up, he was forced back into unconsciousness. Gone, gone, gone...
