Ayden's pov
I walk in to my 8th grade home room as my new teacher greets me "Hi, I'm mrs. Ac-" she gets cut off."Hey Ayden over here" I hear my best friends, Leo yell. I look over to see our entire friend group, Leo, Kyle, Alex, Stella, Alice, J, Michael, David, Avery, and Lex . Oh, I've had a crush on Lex for ever. We met in 6th grade, and I've liked them ever since. Anyway,back to the original topic.
I walk over to them, and reserve a "hi" from Alex and Michael. I get a couple hey's from the others before Lex looks up from there book "yo" and gives me a little wave. Wonder what there reading. I tried to look at the cover. It looked like a Percy Jackson book. They forced me to read them once. The author's name was Rick something I can't remember.
We got our schedule soon after.we all had a lot of classes to gather just like three apart. Mine and Lex's schedules were the same. I'm glad I get to spend a lot of time with them. I can't wait for the year!
First period: Ela
Second Period:writing
Third period:PE
Lunch
Fourth period: science
Fifth period:free
Six period:Math
Seventh period: Art
"Ok class, take a seat" the teacher tells us. "If you don't already know my name is mrs.Acorn. I'm your Ela teacher" she continued " We won't be doing work today. You'll just be getting to know our classmates." She seems nice. We all spent our first class just talking and hanging out. Soon the class ended and we started heading to our next period's.
The beginning of the day was normal. I got to hang out with Lex . Her and Alex tried teaching me mores code in writing. I failed miserably.then they got yelled at for messing around to much in PE. After PE ended. We start walking to the cafeteria. Alex and Lex race up the stairs making Lex fall on her face. She wasn't injured just scratched her knee.
We get to the cafeteria and find the table every one else was at. We sit down and Lex gets out her book." Aren't you going to eat ?" I asked them.
" no, I'm not hungry" they replied. Then they go back to reading there book.every one continues to talking. The table got into an argument about pancakes and waffles. J and Mic aka Michael looked like they were going to punch someone. It was hilarious.
"Are you going to talk to us?" Stella asked Lex with a rude tone. Lex didn't respond."or are you going to ignore us like an asshole" Stella continued.Why is she being a bitch? She does this randomly and it's usually to Lex ."dude stop being an ass" Alex started."what, she's ignoring us it's rude!"Stella says with exaggerated anger." No,you're rude that why she's ignoring you!" Alex snapped back defending her best friend "rights Lex "
"Yeah" Lex says before going back to there book.
"Ooooooohhh" most of the group say in unison. Leo is too busy laughing to say anything." I was not being rude " Stella says." Yes you were" Alex says with anger "whatever "Stella sits back down
