Hooty X Duolingo Owl
(this takes place after kings tide)
"Hi, Mom. I'm back," says Luz, in tears. Just then, the ground cracks. A worm owl tube thing erupts from the earth.
"PEEK-A HOOT!" shouts Hooty.
"Hooty?!" Amity screams.
"How did you even get here?" Luz adds.
"Luz, what is that thing?" Camila asks.
Hooty sighs and explains, "Listen, I know you're all probably very confused. Well, I- OH MY GOSH A HUMAN BUG!" Hooty runs flies seriously what does he do after the bug, dragging his porta Hooty house with him.
Hooty chases the bug into the forest until finally, he catches it.
"wow, human bugs sure are fast. And tasty. yup. Hoot," he says, before lying down for a rest. As he lays on the grass he notices a bright green bird flying in the trees. "BUG?" He exclaims about to chase it, then stops in his tracks when he realizes it's another owl. The most beautiful owl he has ever laid eyes on. Its bright green feathers, its soulless smile, its beautiful call. "Spanish or Vanish," It sings. Hooty knew he had to meet this magnificent creature. He screamed into the sky. "HIYA GREEN BIRD" until it noticed. It elegantly flew down to the ground to meet Hooty.
"Spain or pain," it told him.
"French or Wrench," Hooty replied. The owl's eyes lit up as he realized Hooty was the only bird to feel what it felt. The Duolingo owl and Hooty sat in the forest all day long, learning languages and eating bugs.
