I missed you (Higugin Higuchi X Gin)

Part 5 Im just a silly little guy

Higuchi and Gin woke up holding each other in their arms. They quickly got out of that position before the other could notice (even though they both clearly woke up at the same time). To change the subject, Higuchi asked, "So... how exactly did I get home?" "Ah well... you see, I asked around to see if anyone knew where you were and was told you were at a hotel downtown so I went there and took you home." "I see" Higuchi responded.
Just then a clink came from the doorknob. Who could it be? "Gin, is Higuchi still-" Akutagawa cut off his sentence at the sight of Gin, his beloved sister, and Higuchi laying down next to each other. He took a moment to process what he was seeing, Gin on her bed with Higuchi, both of them under the covers with messy hair. Akutagawa decided correctly that they must've slept together (not sexually, he's so stupid and slow to be able to think that). He left the room, deciding that he would ask Gin about it later, and soon after headed off to work.
Quite a big wall of silence built itself up after he left. "So... are you feeling any better?" Gin finally managed to ask in an attempt to break through the wall. "Yes, I think I'll be able to go to work today." Higuchi awkwardly replied. "I'll go make some breakfast then, you can wear some of my clothes since yours are dirty." Gin said as she walked out of the room. Higuchi got up and looked around Gin's bedroom in order to find the wardrobe. Once she found it, she opened up one of the drawers. Inside she saw a few different colors of underwear. She quickly closed the drawer and whimpered in embarrassment. "How could I make such a stupid mistake. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid." She whispered in less of a derogatory way and more of a joking manner. She opened a different drawer and is this time greeted to a few different collared shirts. She picks out one and closes the drawer. The next one she opened had pants, she took one that resembled her usual outfit best. She began undressing to prepare herself for changing clothes while think about the events of last night. She suddenly remembered how she said Gin would be a good wife and how she had replied with the question of whether or not she was asking her out. Just then, Gin walked in saying, "Hey I probably should've asked before but do you have any allergies?" Gin realized what she had walked in on and closed the door before Higuchi could say anything. She thought about what she had saw one more time, Higuchi wearing nothing but her underpants and bra, before she shunned herself for invading Higuchi's privacy like that. Higuchi however seemed pretty calm about it and responded with, "N-no I'm not really allergic to anything." Gin went back to making breakfast trying thinking about what she'd be doing at work today, but her mind usually ran back to Higuchi. Higuchi came out in what looked like her normal outfit but was in reality Gin's clothes. "Here you go, and I'm sorry for barging in on you like that." Gin said handing Higuchi a plate with pancakes, sausage, and a cup of orange juice. "No no it's fine, besides it's your house. Also thanks for letting me use your clothes." Higuchi answered back. Gin had only just now realized that Higuchi was wearing her clothes, something romantic partners would usually do. The thought of Higuchi wearing her clothes slowly drifted back to Higuchi in her underwear. However, these thoughts were cut short due to a notification coming form Higuchi's phone. 'I wonder who that is' Gin thought. 'A friend, girlfriend, boyfriend? So many possibilities. Why did I even think she'd be into girls. I mean I kinda look like a guy. Does she think I look weird? Is something wrong with the food I made? Am I doing something wro-' Gin had begun her overthinking process all over again. Higuchi checked the notification, it was from Dazai. Thinking about Dazai reminded her again of how she had said Gin would make a good wife and how that led Gin to make a joke that Higuchi had taken seriously. She stated to wonder if that meant they were dating. She didn't know what to do. She'd just check the notification and ask her later.

Dazai: Hey bbg, I know a really good bar, wanna meet there later today and discuss our plans?
Me: sure
Me: send the address
Me: ??
Dazai: Japan, 〒104-0061 Tokyo, Chuo City, Ginza, 5 Chome−5−11 地下 塚本不動産ビル
Me: okay
Me: ill stop by around 5pm
Me: sound good?
Dazai: Sounds good!
