Standing with his head and hands forward, Merlin was trapped as he stood in the middle of the street
"Is this really necessary?" He asked as he looked at (Y/n) who had a group of children around her
"Merlin, Your fans are going to be disappointed..." She said in a fake hurt tone while patting a little girl's head
"Take that!" The girl laughed while throwing a tomato at him
"Alright, I deserved that one..." He mumbled as he tried to wipe the red off his face "Oh come on!" He groaned when another tomato hit him square in the face
"That was Gaius's idea, So let's thank him, Everybody"
"Thank you, Gaius!"
"Thank me, I'm the one getting hit!"

"Oh, There you are" Gaius spoke as he entered the house
"What is it, Gaius?" The (H/c) asked as she sat in front of Merlin who was glaring daggers at her "Did something happen?" She asked as she wiped the different types of vegetables off of the Warlock's face
"I need one of you to take a preparation to Lady Helen," Gaius said as he placed a bottle on the table beside the two "She needs it for her voice"
"Lady Helen is singing today?" (Y/n) wondered as her eyes lightened up
"Who is she?" Merlin asked as the female wiped the last bits of food from his face
"She's only the best singer in all of Albion," (Y/n) said with a chuckle "I heard her sing once, But I was really young so I don't remember much. But she was totally... Mesmerizing" She murmured the last part with a smile
"Great, Then you two can go together," Gaius said "She is going to sing at today's dinner party, Celebrating twenty years free of Magic"
"I'm so excited" (Y/n) smiled while standing up and dusting off her dress "Let's go Merlin"
"Right," He said while also standing up and grabbing the preparation before running after the (H/c) who was already out the door "Wait up, Would you?"
"Sorry, Sorry," She said with a laugh before holding her hands behind her back as they walked up the stairs and into the castle
"I've noticed something about you" Merlin spoke as he looked at the ground, His back a bit slouched while (Y/n) walked proudly beside him "You're always laughing, Or smiling, Why? Not that it's a bad thing or anything—"
