JUNGKOOK POV

I WANT to assure her but I don't know what she's feeling right now. She's looking down all the way. The rain is still pouring as I cleared my throat calling her loud.

"Darling, do you know about Greek mythology?" Sure, she doesn't know but that's how a conversation starts.

"I don't know." She softly spoke while looking at me with her big eyes.

"You know, Originally. Humans were created with two sets of arms, legs & two heads. But the Greek mythology God called Zeus fearing human powers, he split the human into two, letting them look for their other halves."

"That God is soo mean." She murmured with an angry pout.

"Yes, he is." I laughed, "That's why we always feel incomplete & lonely. If we found our other half, we will be complete."

"Then, are you my other half?" She asked looking at me.

"Do you feel comfortable & complete with me?" I ask.

"Yes." She answered without hesitation.

"Now, as your other half & soulmate, I want you to tell me what happened to make you come to me in the rain?" I strike.

"I_" She fiddled with her fingers taking a deep breath, "The ladies made fun of us. My family is blaming me for not having kids. I felt uncomfortable with them all."

I gulp, "Young-soo_" She hummed, "Are you ashamed of having me as your husband?" I questioned.

I know I'm not a good guy but I'm also not that bad to not notice how my wife feels. She was always supportive but am I being the husband she dreamed of?

"No." She answered almost immediately.

"You are wise. You will become successful in the future definitely. It just feels good to be with you. I feel happy with you. It doesn't matter what others talk about us. I just wanted to be with you." She smiled soo fucking beautifully.

"Maybe, you really are my other half- my soulmate." She extended her hand, "Would you hold my hand if you feel the same?"

Is it an indirect confession?

My heart jumped and I quickly interlocked our hands.

"Darling, you gonna take my soul with you."
