Chapter 17

FROM THAT day I ordered my Juniors & team to look for Gil Sang. His way of making a living is disgusting.

He was depending on selling children to slavery.

As months went by we managed to get our claws on his right hand, his head out and whereabouts were found.

Months turned into years yet we couldn't find him. But, we managed in suppressing the child kidnapping. We rescued other children from their caves.

His drawings are everywhere also. Inside & outside the town.

Recently, we get a call about his location. And we didn't waste a minute to go look for him ourselves.

He was living deep inside the forest. The trees are thick and even impossible for sunlight to peek in.

"ARGH!" My one teammate fall on the floor as we saw a bunch of people start attacking.

"Take positions. Fire." I yelled running towards my teammate who fall on the floor.

I grabbed his body and pulled him behind the tree. We have guns which means we have an advantage but they have handmade arrows.

Their aims suck but the moment I noticed my teammate's leg is turning blue I understand they put poison.

"Don't get hit by them. It's poisoned." I warned others.

As we shoot dead them. They all started running away understanding they can't beat us. In all the running people I noticed that one person I'm looking for.

"Gil Sang." I yelled running behind that coward.

Fisting his hair I pulled him down to the ground. But that bastard has a knife on him. He cut my thigh & kicked me down.

"I lost everything because of you." He yelled trying to stab my face. I quickly rolled away.

"I'm gonna kill you. I'll kill you." He pounced on me. I immediately wrap my legs around his neck, keeping his head locked and rolling over twisting his hand.

His knife fall to the ground. I pushed my elbow on his head harder.

"You can't. A mafia murderer like you deserves a painful death." I said. I saw my teammates running towards us.

"Here." I called them.

In that brief moment, I took my eyes off of him. He throws a handful of dirt in my eyes from the soil ground. My vision was gone and my grip loosened on him.

Before I knew it, he kicked me on my chest and run away.
