Power-Up

Before the story starts some parts of the show will just be summarized or skipped because it will go similar to what happened in canon so I felt no need to rewrite a scene that wasn't even changed.

Muscular chuckles. "You think you can save this little brat? That does sound like something a wannabe hero would say. Your kind sure likes to mouth off about justice."

"Go!" Izuku demanded Katsuki.

"And leave you here to die! Hell no!" Katsuki's body sparked with his new star-shaped explosions.

"Go protect Kota, please!" Izuku pleaded.

"The name's Midoriya and Bakugo, right? A shame. We need to take you in for something so I can't kill you two, but, a little torment never hurt anyone. Show me your blood." Muscular took off his cloak and jump at Izuku at high speed so that he couldn't process what happened.

Izuku grunts as Muscular slams him into the wall. "Wait, they're after Kacchan and I? Why?"

"Whoopsie." Muscular chuckles. "Ah!-" He was struck with a huge wave of explosions.

"These explosions... They weren't like anything I did before." Katsuki continues his assault on Muscular, the ground, and walls of the mountain started to crack and shattered. "These are distinct, fast, strong explosions!" Katsuki let out a grievous grin. "I've never felt anything like this." Katsuki look back at Kota who was stunned by Katsuki's power. "I have to save him!"

"Playtime!" Muscular power through the explosion and punch Katsuki's gut making him cough up blood as he flew to Kota's side.

Muscular laughs. "Yes! Blood is exactly what I wanted from you. What'd you promise? That everything would be okay? How's that workin' out for ya, huh? Don't just lay there, stupid." He mocks the heroes.

"That muscle Quirk of his is too powerful. I need a plan. If I worry about Kota right now, I'm dead. I have to focus on the enemy in front of me!" Izuku wraps his arm with Black whip to swing toward Muscular by grabbing his neck with another Black whip. "My body can only handle 30% right now but seeing Katsuki's explosions show I need to go Plus Ultra!" Izuku uses a Black Whip enforced 45% smash on Muscular.

Muscular grunts as he took most of the hit. He look at his muscles sear and burnt up a bit from Katsuki's earlier attack.  He look at Katsuki who was laying on the ground. "Oh wow! I can see why they want you to join, you're strong!"

"What?" Izuku's eyes widen. His vulnerable position allows Muscular to toss him aside. He grunts as he skips to the ground.

"My Quirk increases my speed and strength so exponentially that my muscle fibers can't even be contained by my skin. I know I'm bragging a bit. But I mean, c'mon. I guess what I'm trying to say is... You're just an inferior version of me!" Muscular grew his muscles even more and bigger.

Izuku uses a combination of Black Whip and One For All to bounce around the battleground and grab one of Muscular's muscle fibers. "Got you now. Doesn't matter how quick you are."

Muscular ball up his fist. "But what's your next move? You gonna punch me with that puny Quirk of yours again?"

"It's not a matter of whether or not I can do it," Izuku screams as he felt pain in his head again.
