"Noona?"

His eyes snapped back to the ones that were similar to his own and he couldn't control himself. "Chihye!" He wrapped his arms around his brother, unable to contain his excitement. He felt him flinch for a moment before wrapping his arms around him. After a minute he backed away, "So, is your name the same or different in this life?"

"It’s different, in this life my name is Kim Rok Soo." Ah, a Korean name, at least it matches his appearance. "Yours is still the same though." He raised an eyebrow, how did he know his name was Cale in this life? He shook his head, "Any ideas on where Hyung is?"

"As far as I'm aware, Hyung wasn't there. And stop calling us Hyung, you're going to confuse people, Noona."

"Like you aren't going to." He smirked as Kim Rok Soo sighed, "I forgot you're like this." He tilted his head with a smirk as the spirits joined the conversation.

"Kim Rok Soo, that's not a name of this world."

"Is he really our Queen's brother?"

"Of course, why?!"

"He's…. too buff. Not what I thought when I heard he would prefer to nap instead of working out."

"You're actually right."

"What do you mean actually?!"

"His name is a mouth full!"

"Can't we just call him Chihye?"

"The spirits asked if we can still call you Chihye because saying Kim Rok Soo is too much of a mouthful." He shrugged, "Do whatever you want."

"I'll probably call you Hyung most of the time anyway." He glared at him, "Don't."

He chuckled before his eyes trailed away from his face to focus on his arms, specifically something he noticed but had filed away earlier. “Your arms….what happened?” He observes the scars, they're thin and he can see a few more on his neck. He saw the way Chihye flinched, he noted that down as he made a demand, “Your shirt, take it off.”

Chihye tensed and looked around nervously before taking a deep breath and removing his shirt. The scars were all over his chest and were in a symmetrical pattern, he was a little scared to find out what could have caused these kinds of scars. He got closer and traced each scar with his finger. They felt a little rough to the touch. “How much did it hurt?”

“I’ve been through worse.” He glared up at him as he buttoned up his shirt, “Ignoring the fact that you never answered my question, your answer isn’t making me feel any better.” He took a sigh and backed away, he wasn’t going to press Chihye for answers. It’s obvious he’s been through some things in this life and he knows better than to push. It’s a miracle he allowed him to do this much.

“This would look very weird to someone else.” He huffed as he got closer and traced the scars with his fingers, “I could care less, I dare someone to walk in without knocking now that Ron isn’t here.”

He saw the panicked look on Chihye’s face, “Ron? As in that old assassin that was with the protag- Choi Han?” He rolled his eyes, “If you're scared then don’t be. He’s already abandoned me for that punk.”

“Yeah, I already knew that, it made me worried because I thought you were going to be in a coma.” Chihye’s cheeks flushed a bit as he admitted it. He smiled before turning around back at the door, “I’ll call Hans to grab you something sweet, You still like cookies right?” He only needed to see the way his eyes sparkled to know the answer.
