In love with my Kidnapper

Chapter 1

In the land ruled a kind lord named Kuroko Takashi who ruled the land with great harmony. You shouldn't say he is only kind, because the man named Kuroko Takashi is an arrogant person. He boasts about his skills and power to rule over this land, and he gets abusive when he's angry. So people who know his true colors never dared  to defy him in order to stay in his land and live in peace, and prevent from being tortured in prison and be sentenced to death.

But there's one thing Takashi never gets mad at, and that is his daughter Kuroko Tetsuna. Tetsuna is his one and only beautiful daughter that he adored, the rumored angel people talks about. She is spoiled by her father so much, but she is kind, and whenever she is in presence of her father, the people who are in danger at that time are miraculously saved by her since the lord in their land refuses to be ordered by someone except for his beloved daughter. Though it was only rare Tetsuna comes in at that kind of moment, so people who are saved by her will have miraculous luck given by the Gods which is why everyone treats Tetsuna as an angel whenever she walks by in the town. 

Of course, Takashi also respects every decision Tetsuna makes. Since he knows that as her father, he should support her and help in every way he can. But that support has gone a little too much if I were to say. Usually, Takashi would never want his beloved daughter to marry someone else unless they proved their-selves worthy for his daughter, and seeing his daughter chatting happily with a knight named Kagami Taiga, he had drawn into a conclusion and decided to betrothed his beloved daughter to one of his strongest knights in his land, Kagami Taiga. But however, Kagami and Tetsuna only see each other as siblings so it was nothing more than a cute sibling love they had for each other. 

"I'm getting married to Kagami-kun, Father?" Tetsuna asked, Takashi nodded. "Ah. Since Kagami takes care of you properly and seeing you two close, you have no problem right? If so, then I'll notify Kagami about it and prepare for the wedding immediately."

"Hmmmm...... I don't mind but......."

"But.......?"

"It's up to Kagami-kun to decide. After all, we can't force someone to marry without his approval right?"

Takashi stood up and ruffled his daughter's hair. "As expected of my daughter! Smart, and always thinking about others! That's my daughter for you!" 

"Otosan, yamete kudasai" Tetsuna said uncomfortably, she did not like being patted on. 

"Oh, I'm sorry. Ahem. Please call Commander First Class Kagami Taiga." Takashi said to one of the knights. "Hai."

"Marry your daughter you say? But isn't that too much for a knight like me?! I thought you don't want-" 

"Kagami Taiga." Takashi said in a serious tone. Kagami was shock when he was called in to be asked to marry his best friend, Tetsuna. "My daughter has taken a liking to you. You were the most person who was close to her even when I'm not around and always protect her when she's in danger. You also knew well what to do when she's in trouble, and also properly take care of her like she's your family. I think with those treatment you gave to her, I believe no one can take care of my daughter none other than you." 

"But sir I-" He looked at Tetsuna asking for help and looked back at Takashi who has seriousness in his eyes, he was silent for a moment and after gulping his throat, he was forced to accept it. "Wakarimashita. I'll take care of your daughter from now on." 

"I'll be expecting a lot from you now, son-in-law." 

After that he was told to dismiss and Tetsuna followed after him.

"Why did you agree on this engagement Tetsuna? You know your father misunderstand our relationship and we only see nothing but siblings to each other." Kagami said. "I know, but.... getting married to you means we'll be together forever until death tear us apart. And I thought, maybe I can eat your cooking for the rest of my life if we did that, then maybe I don't mind getting married to you as long as I get to eat your cooking and be fed with vanilla milkshakes for eternity." ".....Should've known it was like this." Kagami facepalmed. "*chuckles* Please take care of me now, future husband~" Tetsuna teased. Kagami blushed, and didn't look at Tetsuna anymore. 

*Skip to evening* 

At dinner, Kagami was invited by Takashi to dine with them since he's going to be in their family soon which Kagami immediately refused, but with lots of insisting he gave up. Of course, it was awkward to be in the same dining table as the Kurokos, since usually, he eats on the cafeteria along with the other knights, so it puts a lot of pressure eating together with them especially when the food he's eating right now is a high-class only for nobles. So he didn't know what to act. 

"You can eat freely like you want, Kagami-kun," Tetsuna who noticed him uncomfortable, spoke up. "You don't need to act like us, eat like you always do." "Really?! Then.... Itadakimasu." Kagami ate a lot like a hungry animal that hasn't been fed for a long time and chomped all the way taking a lot of food from the table. Takashi giggled at this action, he didn't mind at all as long as Tetsuna is happy. "Tetsuna, your husband really has a huge appetite huh? It might become lively here than before if your kids get the same appetite as he does." Tetsuna chuckles. "It probably will." And it was really like a happy family atmosphere they had in dinner until one knight barged in.

"Sir!" The commander of the knights, Hyuuga Junpei rushed in panic, holding a card in his hand. "What is it this time, Hyuuga Junpei?! We're having a family moment here and you're disrupting it. It better be important or else I'll have you tortured in prison." "S-Sir...." Hyuuga said, bowing in apology, he gave the card to Takashi who had a sour face shown in his face. "Someone threw a card at the entrance of the gate, saying he will kidnap your daughter on the full moon this evening."

"WHAT?!"
