Mayham had somehow made her way inside City Hall while there was a crowd of civilians and police outside. She watched as Megamind and Minion approached the city hall from the window of the head office.
Mayham then looked at the door with a huge smile, jumped over the desk a few inches away from the door, and she covered her ears as Megamind opened the door with his ray gun while Minion carried him inside.
Minion: There he is, Mr. Evil Overlord!
Megamind: Oh, Minion, Mayham, did you think this day would ever happen?
Mayham: ( laughs ) ( honestly: ) No way. Not at all, Dad. Never. Never in a million-
Megamind gives Mayham a stern look. Minion mouthed " Say yes, now's not the time to be honest " to her.
Mayham: I mean, yes. I did. Of course, I did. I was just joking, Dad. You know me. ( She gives a nervous smile )
Megamind: Look at the intricate moldings.
Minion: We're looking, we're looking!
Megamind then goes to the window.
Megamind: And what's this? It's like one of the giant monitors in the lair, but it seems to carry only one station.
Minion: Oh, that sir, is called a window.
Megamind: Window!
Mayham: All the kids are looking through them... Before I smashed them with a rock for looking at me funny. But I won't do it with this one, this one's off limits.
Megamind: Oooh! I've never had a view before. Metrocity, Minion, Mayham. It's all mine. If my parents could see me now...
Minion: Sir, I am sure they're smiling down from evil heaven.
Megamind: And now that Mr. Goody Two-Shoes is out of the way, I can have everything I want! And there's no one to stop me!
Mayham: Dad, can I go do crimes by myself? Please? I'm thirteen now, I think I am old enough to do crimes by myself.
Megamind: Of course, not. Let's wait two more years.
Mayham: ( crossed her arms ) That's what you said when I was 11.
Megamind: Exactly.
Mayham: Can I at least drive?
Megamind: No. Definitely not until you're 16.
Mayham: Aw, man!
The three then go on a crime spree as Crazy train plays, which does not last long. Cut to Mayham sitting on the stairs of City Hall with a bored expression and began to talk to herself as a stray dog with cropped ears was sitting beside her.
