Next morning, teju got ready and came for breakfast.
Tp : good morning everyone.
All : good morning teju.
Rp : so all set to go.
Tp : yeah bhai after breakfast I am leaving.
Rp : okk I will come to drop u.

Other side, karan is feeling restless as teju is going.
Kk in mind -Yaar kya karun teju jaa rahi kaise rokun usse par voh rokegi nahi. Thik hai toh airport toh chala hi jaata hoon aur baat karta hoon shyad ruk jaye.
Meanwhile teju got ready and leaving for airport with rishabh. But rishabh got important work so teju is leaving alone. She reached at airport but stopped as someone is calling her.
Teju's pov,,
I am leaving for airport as I am going to London but I feeling different today as something big is going to happen. I don't want to go but I have to as if stayed there more than I can't control my feelings for karan. Yes I have some feelings for karan but I don't want to fall in this trap so I am leaving. Now I reached airport. As I am going inside I hear some sound and stopped. When I turned back I was shocked karan was there he immediately come towards and engulf me in a hug. I froze on my spot.
Kk : teju please mat jao. I love you a lot. Please mujhe chod kar mat jao. Mujhe pata hai you don't love me. But atleast stay there. Main tumhe dur se dekhkar hi kush hoon. Please mujhse itna dur mat jao ki mein tumhe dekh bhi na sakun. He said all this while having tears in his eyes.
On the other hand, teju is shocked by this sudden confession little did she know that karan like him but didn't expect this.
As teju didn't react so karan pulled himself from her.
Kk : sorry teju if I make you feel uncomfortable but I can't stop myself. When I come to know that you are going then I feel like that the ground slipped under my feet. Please say something I can't tolerate your silence.
Tp : karan mujhe pata hai ki tum mere liye feel karte ho but I don't have any feelings for you so leave me. Aur agar feelings hoti bhi toh hamaara kuch nahi ho sakta kyun ki hum sirf dushman hain.
Aur tum mujhse jitna dur rahoge utna tumhare liye acha hoga.
Saying this she immediately left.

Suddenly his phone starts ringing he saw that it is from preeta he picked up and shocked he immediately leave from there.
Other side,...
Preeta and prateek is leaving for hospital with teju's dadi and dadu. Dadi was crying continuously and preeta is consoling her.
Pk : dadi aap tension mat lo dadu ko kuch nahi hoga.
They reached at hospital and dadu is in OT and all of them were outside the room.
Karan reached there and went towards preeta.
Kk : di kya hua dadu ko.
Pk : karan unhe heart attack aaya hai and crying.
Kk : di aapne jiju ko pataya.
Pk : hmm voh aa rahe hain.
Kk : okk.
Meanwhile rishabh also came.
After sometime doctor came out.
Rp : doctor kya hua dadu ko
D : Mr. Rishabh unhe heart attack hua hai humne unki surgery ki hai par sorry to say lagta nahi hai ki voh iss baar bach payenge.
All of them were shocked.
But they got double shocked when they hear someone's voice from behind.
S1 : kya doctor aisa nahi ho sakta boliye. Main aisa kabhi nahi hone dungi aapko jo karna hai kijiye par please unhe bachha lijiye.
D : miss prakash hum kuch nahi kar sakte please humari baat samajhiye. He left saying that.
So yeah someone is teju.
Flashback,
Teju is heading towards private jet when he got a call from prateek.
On call,
PW : di aap nikal gaye kya tensed.
Tp : nahi pra bus nikal rahi hoon kya hua bolo aise tensed kyu lag rahe ho.
PW : di voh dadu ko heart attack aaya hai toh main aur bhabhi unhe hospital lekar ja rahe hain.
Tp : ok pra don't worry I am coming. Deep down she is shocked.
Flashback ends.
She is going to fall with this shock but karan immediately hold her from her waist.
Kk : teju please ankhein kholo dekho meri taraf kuch nahi hoga dadu ko hum hain na please.
But she got unconscious. Karan carried her in bridal style and lay her down on a bench. He called the doctor to check her.
Now all the family is tensed for her.
After sometimes she got conscious. Rishabh came to her and immediately hugged her.
Tp : bhai dadu thik ho jayenge na while sobbing.
Rp : hmm teju sab thik ho jayega.
He is caressing her face.
Suddenly nurse came and said,
N to Rp : sir aapke dada ji ko hosh aa gaya hai voh aap sab ko andar bula rahe hai unhe kuch baat karni hai doctor ne bola hai aap sab ko andar bhejne ke liye.
Hearing that all went inside.
