Chapter 8

Harry gets out of the car right away to run to my door and get me. He even opened my door for me. What a gentleman. I wrap my arms around him and we got in. The nurse gives me a wheel chair so I won't have to be carried around everywhere. Then I get sent into a room.

Nurse: "Only one of you can go in with her."

Gabby: "Me!!!"

All the boys nod in agreement knowing that she is my best friend and she walks along side my wheel chair as I get pushed into the room. After waiting for an hour a doctor finally comes in.

Doctor: "Hi I'm Dr.Zarnitch. I'm okay if you just want to say Dr.Z or even Larry."

I giggle to myself. Larry is the best bromance ever.

I explain to him what happened and after an x-ray and ultra sound on my leg it was established that I had most likely sprained in and would need crutches for just a few days. After a few more hours with a cat scan, it was known I had a mild concussion. By the time the tests were done it was 12:00am. I was sitting in the hospital bed with Gabby next to me keeping my company.

Me: "This sucks..."

Gabby: "Hahaha, I know. So much for a vacation..."

Me: "Hey, at least we met One Direction"

Gabby: "I know right!!"

Me: "And the only thing that stopped me from fangirling infront of them was my killer head ache."

Gabby: "Lucky you..."

Me: "Oh my god....What did you do?"

Gabby: "Well at first when all the boys were rushed around you, Niall came up to me to make sure I was okay and I could barely even talk!"

Me: "Ahahahahaha"

Gabby: "But I was more concerned about you so when Harry picked you up I was beside you the whole time. And then you must of passed out or something and I was freaking out! I was screaming and crying so Zayn, Niall and Liam had to calm me down while Louis was helping Harry put you down."

Me: "oh my god...."

Gabby: "I was balling my eyes out and freaking out so Zayn and Liam were keeping me down while Niall was trying to keep me calm...."

Gabby carries on. "I couldn't even absorb the situation but finally I stopped crying. Then you woke up that evening and after the aspirin you slept all that night. We got here at 12:00pm and now its 12:00am..."

Me: "Where they there the whole time....?!?!"

Gabby: "Yup, they slept on the floor...Except for Niall, he had to keep trying to calm me enough to sleep...."

Me: "You slept with Niall?!!?"

Gabby: "Its not like we had sex!!! I couldn't sleep and I kept crying so he just held me in his arms all night."

Me: "Oh my god...."

Gabby laughed a little but I still needed to get a hold of this all. I swear I thought I was just gonna wake up and it was all a dream.

Then the nurse comes in saying I have visitors that really want to see me but she needs to make sure I'm up for seeing people. Then all 5 boys come walking in.

Me: 'You came back..?'

Louis: 'We never left...'

Me: 'Are you kidding me? It's been 12 hours!!'

Niall: 'The hospital cafeteria's food wasn't too bad...'

Me: 'So you guys haven't even left the hospital??'

Zayn: 'Well Liam did because he had a date with Danielle'

I smile a little cause I think they are the cutest couple ever.

Liam: 'But I'm back now" he winked.

Gabby: 'You guys are insane! But its kinda cute that you care'

Me: 'Yeah but you don't even know us'

Harry: 'Maybe that could change....I didn't want to leave before I got your numbers'

I smile as they all take out their phones and add me as a contact as I say my number.

Niall: 'And you Gabby?'

I could see the blushing in Gabby's face as they all put it into their phones.

Me: 'You guys gotta go home...You can't just stay here all night!'

Louis: 'You have to stay over night?!?!'

Me: 'Yeah, concussion....'

Zayn: 'Crap....We wanted to take you ladies out with us tonight'

Me: 'Well I can't...'

Niall: 'What about you Gabby? Please!" He said with a puppy dog face and I knew Gabby was dying to go.

Gabby: 'I don't just leave my Vanes here alone...'

I whisper in her ear "No, Gabby, go...." she refuses insisting she will stay with me.

Harry: 'Fine, but you 2 are with us for tomorrow night!'

"Hahaha Okay" Gabs and I both say.

Me: 'Now go home and actually do something over than sit in a hospital waiting room!'

They all agree and say goodbye to us. The all kiss us each on the cheek and then leave. After the door closes and we hear the footsteps walking away me and Gabby share a fan girl scream. I can't believe that just happened!!
