After the intense battle with the Devil's army, Smith and John finally return to their hometown, exhausted and battered. As they wander the empty streets, they notice that something is different. The sky is darker than usual, and there's an eerie silence in the air.
Suddenly, they hear a loud noise coming from the center of the town. As they approach the source of the noise, they realize that it's a massive portal opening up in the middle of the square.
Out of the portal steps a figure cloaked in shadow, and as it gets closer, Smith and John can see that it's another version of themselves. But this version is different. It's much more powerful, with glowing eyes and an aura of energy surrounding it.
The other Smith and John introduce themselves as their counterparts from a parallel universe, where they have become incredibly powerful and skilled in the use of their lightbulb heads. They explain that they have come to this universe to help Smith and John fight against an upcoming threat that is too powerful for them to handle alone.
Excited at the prospect of working with alternate versions of themselves, Smith and John agree to join forces and prepare for the impending danger. But they have no idea what is coming their way, and whether they will be able to face it together.
What will this new threat be, and how will Smith and John and their alternate versions fare against it? Only time will tell in the next chapter.
