I don't know why Wattpad keeps taking down my chapters like bro what?!!! It's so frustrating that not only once but five fucking times! I was seriously going to say fuck it, but then I remembered how you guys love this story and it wasn't fair to you guys. So I'll try my best to do better 🤞🏾

It's been two days since the whole argument between Viano and I, and two days after my heart was broken. I know you're probably wondering what the hell I'm still doing in this haunted house where the devil resides, and why I'm not running for the hills like I should be clearly doing. Well, it's hard getting out of this house with all the security at the front instructed to not let me out because it's too dangerous. Oh Please.

I know this is just Viano's trying to prove that he's superior blah blah blah.

And as much as I hate to admit it, I was still hoping– praying– that he comes barging into my room begging for forgiveness and admitting that there was in fact a connection of some sort between the two of us, but one can only hope.

Not only did he not come to my room, but he has been completely ignoring me since the entire altercation. Seriously, he's never home or anywhere near the place he knows I'll be at. And it freaking hurts because I knew it was so good to be true, but I still held on to the little things he did for me and bear and misinterpreted everything. And like an idiot, I caught feelings for him.

Right now I'm on my way to his office to speak with him about this whole situation regarding the security. Just because he's ‘‘protecting” me, doesn't give him the right to imprison me here. I want to leave whenever I want –need– to without consequences.

And a tiny little part of me is wishing for him to tell me not to leave. To confess his undying love for me and fall to my feet and promise to make everything better. But one can only hope.

I raise my hand and softly knock on his heavy thick wooden office doors. I stand there for a few seconds before repeating the same action but get no action from the other side of the dark doors. After a few minutes of knocking to know avail, I push the door open, actually surprised that it was open.

My eyes sweep across the room hoping to catch a glimpse of the man I have come to love in the past weeks, but I let out a sigh in disappointment when I'm met with the one thing I've been dreading, emptiness. I should probably go out and come back later, but I don't. Instead I close the door behind me and let my curiosity run wild.

I decided to start with the drawers first. I open them, finding nothing but a bunch of documents and papers on business and what not. I move closer to the desk, tracing my fingers on the top of the shiny large desk that's almost identical to the wooden door. The top was neat, with only a closed laptop and a pen holder of some sort holding different brands of black and blue pens. There was a muddy brown folder with a bunch of papers neatly placed on top.

I open the first drawer finding more papers that has figures only an accountant can interpret. I close the door going to the second drawer before rolling my eyes as the same papers are in there but now with a bunch of golden foil squared objects. Of course he'll have condoms in here. I move to the down one and it's locked. I roll my eyes again and stand up from my kneeling position on the white marble floor.

I open them laptop and of course it's locked. I try to guess his password but nothing works. I try his birthday, Rio's birthday and even his younger sister's name since I don't know her birth date, but to no avail. I groan in frustration before deciding to give up and leave the room.
