Y/n: Hopefully that'll cover the cost.

And without a single word to anyone else, he walked past Ozpin out of the cafeteria. Glynda lifted Cardin up and floated him towards her before making her way to the nurses office. Ozpin addressed the students and promptly leaves closing the doors behind him to see Y/n waiting for him, staring at each other. Ozpin was the first to walk away, with Y/n following him. He knew he was gonna get a lecture and a more strict rules but it was worth it to help someone... not to mention the bunny faunas was kinda cute.

This time on "A New War"

A few minutes later, y/n and Ozpin stepped onto the top floor of Beacon Tower. In front of y/n stood two large engraved wooden double doors. Ozpin walked past Y/n and pushed open the doors, revealing a large open room with a desk at the far end. Ozpin gestured to a chair in front of the desk with his cane.

Ozpin: Y/n Please, take a seat.

Y/n followed him to his desk, taking in the room. He had been in his fair share of offices before, but this takes the cake. It definitely makes "The wizard of Oz." Nickname makes more sense. Ozpine sat down at his chair and placed his cane on his lap while Y/n sat in the chair opposite of him.

Ozpin: I heard, and well, saw you caused quite a bit of trouble during your lunch today.

Y/n: And?

Ozpin: Care to explain why?

Y/n: Care to explain why I had to do it for you?"

Y/n used a semi-accusing tone, and Ozpin sighed. He knew that the conversation about to happen would not be short and sweet like he planned it to be.

Ozpin: Mr. L/n you know I can not have you harming my students. If Ironwood catches wind of this

Yn: If Ironwood finds out, he finds out, I have a better idea, maybe you should stop the students from harming each other outside of Goodwitch's class, now I understand that it's near impossible to stop it all the time since you don't have eyes everywhere- on second thought I retract that statement. This school teaches its students to take action if and when they see a problem. I saw an issue and took care of it.

Ozpin: You should have waited for a
professor to come and resolve the
problem.

Y/n: Please, everyone has been waiting for someone-anyone to step in and stop Cardin, but no one's done a single thing because they're too scared that they'll get their face smashed in, and let me tell you something, for a teacher Goodwitch is not good at her job, she only brings students down when they lose a match and praise the victor. There was no way I was going to sit there while no one stepped up to help that student who wouldn't fight back against Cardin.

Ozpin: That still does not change the fact that you -

Y/n: There is a book that I read as a child called "Enders game" where the main character beat down his bully, once he was down he continued to bash his head in with a glass tube...or was it metal...that part doesn't matter, that bully never went after him again. What would a teacher have done? Given him detention or a slap on the wrist? No. You want to solve a problem, you do it right. Cardin isn't the kind of person to "see the error of his ways" and simply stop. Kids a racist, and everyone knows it, or he has a crush on that girl, and he thinks that bullying her is the way to her heart or something.
