Last time on "A New War"

Ruby and Y/n look across the beach with the Nu in the background. Ruby didn't exactly know what she was looking for, but she did know it was a giant robot. Y/n did know what he was looking for... and he wished he didn't find it. The waves crashed against a crimson red and black structure. The front wore a gold insignia with gold venting coming out its sides. It was a shield, a shield belonging to a man that Y/n thought he defeated. Ruby was in awe of the mass of metal she was looking at, Y/n on the other hand.. his blood ran cold. He was here, that or he lost his shield during his reentry, and that meant that he was going to come looking for it. Ruby could see the worry and hate in Y/n's eyes. She now knows whoever or whatever this mobile was it isn't a good guy. Just when Y/n thought that he might be able to somewhat enjoy life on Remnant.

Y/n: So he really is here then *sigh* well, that complicates things.

Ruby: Who is "he"?

Y/n spoke with venom, his words with hate.

Y/n:....The Red Comet.

Ruby: The red comet? Sounds like a superhero name! Or I guess, in this case, a super villain?

Y/n: Not a super villain, just a pure insane excuse for a living being.

Y/n spoke with Ruby as they made their way back to the Nu Gundam, he couldn't believe it, he didn't want to believe it. Char was alive.
Ruby glanced at Y/n, sensing the deep resentment in his voice. She could tell that whatever history they shared with this "Red Comet," it was not a pleasant one. She walked alongside him, her steps matching his heavy ones.

Ruby: Y/n, who is this "Red comet"? And why do you hate him so much?

Y/n's gaze remained fixed on the colossal Nu Gundam in the distance, his expression a mix of anger and sorrow.

Y/n: Char Aznable... He was once a charismatic figure, a renowned pilot during the One Year War. But his true nature, his twisted ideology, it destroyed everything. He believed in the survival of the fittest, an ideology known as "Zeonism." Char was the leader of the Principality of Zeon, an enemy faction during the war.

Ruby: I see....I actually don't see. What are you talking about? I have no clue.

Y/n: *sigh* You know I'm from a different world, right?

Ruby: Well yeah but I have a hard time believing it, even if Ozpin was the one who said it.

Y/n nodded, understanding Ruby's skepticism. It was difficult for anyone to comprehend the idea of multiple worlds and dimensions, especially for someone like Ruby who had only ever encountered such a concept before in TV and books.

Y/n: I understand it's hard to believe, Ruby. But trust me, I come from a different reality altogether. In my world, there was a war, the war known as the One Year War. It was fought between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon, a separatist faction fighting for independence from Earth.

Ruby listened intently, her silver eyes reflecting curiosity and sympathy.

Ruby: So, this "Red Comet," Char Aznable, was the leader of the enemy faction? And he was really that bad?

Y/n: More than bad, Ruby. Char was ruthless and cunning, a skilled pilot who believed in achieving his goals at any cost. He orchestrated countless battles, leaving destruction and death in his wake. But it wasn't just his military prowess that made him infamous. Char's charisma and his enigmatic mask made him an iconic figure among Zeon supporters.
