"Spencer!! Where the hell is my jacket!" I look through his bedroom, rummaging through the small pile I left. "Baby, go back to sleep. It's Saturday, we don't have work today unless we get a case" I hear Spencer groan from the other side of the room. I sigh frustrated at the fact I forgot it's the weekend. "At least I'm still in my pajamas" I laugh crawling back into bed. Spencer rolls over on his side to face me. "It's 9 in the morning and I'm wide awake now because you thought we had work." I can hear the annoyance in his voice. "Well, I'm hungry anyways so I'm gonna go make food." I say rushing out of the bedroom to the kitchen. I hear another groan from Spencer, followed by footsteps leaving the room. "So I'm thinkin ordering waffle house, does that sound good?" I ask, feeling the man wrap his arms around my waist. "I need my phone so we can have food!" I whine trying to break from his grip. He only nuzzles his face into the crook of my neck. I groan in defeat, letting the boy soak in his needed attention. "Can we at least go back to bed if you're not gonna let me go?" Thankfully he nods his head in agreement, but still doesn't let me go. I walk back to the bedroom with a sleepy Spencer attached to me. "Spence, babe. You have to let go so we can get in bed" I giggle, trying to unhook his arms from me. I hear a grumble leave him. "Fine, I'll just lay on you." I shrug flopping us onto the bed, my back laying on his chest. "Seriously? there's no way you're this dramatic." I snort, still trying to unhook his arms. "Spencer, can you at least let me go for 5 seconds and we can get comfortable?" I try to wiggle my way out of his arms. "Hurry, I'm tired." I hear a grumbled sentence leave his mouth, followed by his arms unlocking letting me roll on my side. "I can breathe!" I gasp dramatically putting the back of my hand on my forehead. "Stop being a big baby" He groans again. I roll my eyes but cuddle into his chest. His free arm snaking around my waist.
I stare at the sleeping boy, who's been asleep for a little over an hour, but I'm wide awake and can't go back to sleep. "Have you been staring at me the whole time I've been asleep?" I screech at the sudden words from the boy I thought was asleep. "Jesus fuck! You scared the shit out of me!" I punch his chest. "Ow, okay okay, I'm sorry!" He surrenders. "But you were totally staring at me." He snorts, finally opening his eyes. "Maybe I was, maybe I wasn't." I smile, "I've been awake for 20 minutes, and from what I've gathered... You've been staring at me for a while" He returns this victorious smile, with a look of 'You're trapped, I caught you'. "Ugh, you and your genius shit, I swear." I groan, burying my face into his chest. "Seriously, I wouldn't be surprised if in your free time you watch star trek picking out all of the physics and scientific errors" I snort, looking up at him. Unfortunately he gives me his classic genius answer, "Actually, there aren't many scientific errors in Star Trek. Especially considering how long ago it was made. There are certain improbabilities, but not that many outright errors." I look up at him, giving him a look. "Like I said, you and your genius shit" I laugh. "Okay, but seriously it's almost 11 and I'm starving." I whine, only getting a toothy smile from my boyfriend. "Pleaaseeee" I beg, dramatically sticking my bottom lip out. "Okay, okay.. Just stop that look, it makes you look like a dork" He snorts sitting up. "Says the boy that just geeked out over fucking Star Trek." I retort, standing up and walking to the kitchen. I hear Spencer's footsteps not too far behind me. I grab my phone off the counter, and lean on it. I hear the boy squeak. "Spence? Is everything okay?" I look up to see him covering his eyes. "Spencer, why are you covering your eyes?" I ask, completely dumbfounded. "Are you wearing shorts?" His voice is muffled through his hands, "No? I'm in a big tee-shirt and my underwear? Is that an issue?" I stare at him puzzled. He moves his hands, his face is a bright shade of red. "Spencer, you have literally seen me naked. What's the difference?" I snort, walking towards him. "Well, it's just.. Uhm..." He avoids eye contact. "Reid-" I get cut off by a sudden glare from the boy. I gulp, worried about what's going through his head. "Is everything okay?" I croak, raising my eyebrow. "Don't call me Reid." His voice changes in two seconds, from gentle and sweet, to demanding and stern. I can't help but widen my eyes at his sudden behavior. "Oh? I'm sorry, did I make Dr. Reid upset?" I tease sitting on the counter. I can practically see fumes coming out of his ears. I raise my eyebrow. "Awe, does poor Dr. Reid not have anything to say?" I tease once more. Within two seconds he steps towards me, our faces inches apart. "Don't make me repeat myself." I smile at his demanding words, "Mhm, well I'm ordering waffle house. So you Mr. Genius Reid, can do whatever you want." I roll my eyes, dialing the company's phone number. Suddenly he grabs my hand, "Y/N, I'm a very patient person. But you're testing my limits." His voice is low, it's almost thrilling to see him this frustrated. "Alright fine, I'll stop, you buzzkill. But I find that teasing you is quite amusing." I laugh, noticing that his mood is lightning up.
