“Ally are you sure?”
I asked because let’s face it everyone else wanted to hold him.
“Yeah im sure can you sing to him again?”
“What do you want me to sing?”
Ally just laughed.
“Somewhere over the rainbow remember we always use to watch that when we were like 6?”
I laughed slightly.
“Yeah we thought it was the biggest movie of the year though it came out in 1939”
Ally laughed.
“So will you sing that one?”
I nodded and started to sing holding my son lightly in my arms.

I finished and I looked to see my son asleep thumb in his mouth. Ally smiling at me and my husband standing in the doorway.
“Niall keeps asking me when you want to go out for pints but I told him you’re a mom now”
I rolled my eyes.
“Louis I never refuse pints”
He and ally laughed.
“I think we both know that”
I laughed slightly and Louis came over and put the bag on the table and grabbed our son from me.
“You know the doctor said we were able to take this little sucker home tonight.”
I was opening the bag to see a burger and fries I looked back up at Louis.
“Serious?”
“Yup”
He popped the p.
“Good because this hospital bed hurts like shit”
Ally laughed and stood up.
“Well I best be going”
And with that we said goodbye. Louis came down and sat right next to me. Handing me the baby who was waking up once again. His eyes shined at me and he giggled.
“Ready to go home baby?”
I questioned. He just giggled and I turned to see Louis had already finished packing our stuff up.
“Time to check out”
He said with a cheeky smile. We did exactly that and went to Louis car and put our son in his car seat carrier thing and drove home to have our first night as first time parents to have the first night at home to learn from.
