Is it possible to survive the Omegaverse novel

CHAPTER 1 : Is this really happening to me?

when I was young I always thought that I was special. like every other child.

I was always in my own fantasy world. l thought, I would get some kind of special powers or travel into another fantasy world or something.

but when I grew up, I never thought that my foolish imaginary fantasy thoughts from my childhood will turn into my reality!

I grew up in a ordinary middle class family.

loving parents, annoying siblings and an ordinary school life.

During all these growing up stuff, my childhood fantasies faded away.

reality hit me. My parents always told me that to find happiness in my life, first I had to focus on my studies.

my life was going smooth.

I studied hard and got into a medical college.

To get away from the daily load of studies I had a hobby of reading fantasy romance novels.

these novels were my safe heaven to make me forgot all my tension and exhaustion.

I was really interested in them because these novels had romance stories which were really disconnected to the reality world,
which gave me a sense of relief from my reality.

on the day I graduated from the medical college, I went to a celebration party with my friends.

I drank a lot, because my years of hard work had paid off and I finally became a doctor.

I had a good alcohol tolerance so I drank lot more than usual. but then I don't know what happened and i passed out.

when I opened my eyes ,i saw an unfamiliar sealing.

I was lying on a huge bed.

I got up and looked around. it was a big room.

I was confused, my vision was kind of blurry due to the sleepiness in my eyes. So i rubbed my eyes to get a clear view.

I could see the unfamiliar room clearly this time which was decorated in bright colours. Not my preference at all.

It was very strange.

I panicked.

'what's going on? '
'Why am I hear? '
'what is this situation? '

I thought to myself.

I immediately got out of the bed.

while looking around, my eyes fell on an image of a beautiful girl.

she had a very pretty dark black hair like a deep night sky without stars and her sparkling eyes we're dyed in a very gorgeous shade of purple.

for a second I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

but then I suddenly realised that the girl I was looking at, was a reflection in the mirror of myself.

I instinctively screamed but then immediately covered my mouth and stopped as I thought

'it's definitely a dream! '

I heard footsteps coming from behind the door of the bedroom.

as I turned around, the door opened and a middle aged woman with same eye color as mine was approaching me with a worried face and said

"what happened darling? "
"why did you scream? "
"I was so surprised when I heard you."

this situation was very strange to me.

'what is she talking about?'
'who is she? '
'why is she calling me darling? '

I thought this was a dream but I never had such a vivid dream before.

just in case to confirm that this was a dream I pinched myself hard, but it hurt.

to dubble check I again slapped my face but it still hurt!

'it's not a dream? '
'then did I get kidnapped? '
'but what about my appearance? '

I again looked in the mirror but the image of me wasn't the original me.

I had so many questions but I couldn't get them out of my mouth.

I froze at the place without responding to women in front of me.

my mind went blank and a cold sweat broke out of my body.

I hurriedly ran towards the window of the room and opened it.

an unfamiliar scenery was in front of my eyes.

There was small a garden outside the window. It seemed like I was in a big mension. I could see huge buildings from a distance, it looked like a normal city.

But it was not my home.

I was very panicked and confused.

seeing my behavior the women grabbed both of my shoulders and exclaimed

"lily! "
"why are you doing this? calm down."
"are you sick? please don't scare me like this darling. "

listening to those words I came back to my senses.

"sit here."
"l will get you some water. "

after saying that she hurriedly left the room.

I sat on the bed and tried to remember something.

'lily? '
'where have I heard that name before? '
'that woman called me by that name. it feels familiar. '

then all of a sudden rush of memory came in my mind.

I remembered.

'lily' was a name of a character in an omegaverse novel which I had read before.

she wasn't the main character but I remembered her because I liked her appearance in the arts of the novel but her personality was trash.

she was the friend of the villainess in the novel who gets a very bad ending due to her foolish behavior.

the appearance I currently had was exactly as described in the novel.

I only remember reading this novel because the romance of the main couple was good but I never wanted to be in the omegaverse world where I have become a foolish extra.

so now i have became an extra character in an omegaverse novel.

'why did this happen to me! '
'let me go home! '
