CHAPTER 7 : breath of relief

(third person POV)

lily was so doubtful of Leona's behavior.
'being transmigrated here is already absurd enough, am I even seeing things now? '
'or is this this some kind of new trick to bully people? '
various thoughts ran through her mind.

she was observing Leona's behavior.

She didn't appear as a threat to Lily at all.
after talking to her some more , Lily concluded that all the fear she had of Leona was all in her mind.

even so, she just couldn't believe Leona's words for the first time because for lily, her imagine was of a villainess in mind.

but also , Lily couldn't ignore her words and her behavior which didn't seem like a lie.

to confirm her doubts Lily had to spend some time with Leona so she hesitantly agreed to help Leona with her request to help her for the practical exams.

Lily observed Leona from the side lines and as she spend some time with her, she finally began to believed that Leona wasn't faking it, it was her actually personality. which Lily couldn't knew before because she was always hiding from Leona.

looking from the outside Leona   behaved like a arrogant and self centered girl to most of the people and Lily believed it too, due to the novel information.

but the way leona was approaching Lily didn't suit her character. it looked like she really ment it when she said that she wanted to be friends with Lily.

So Lily decided to give it a try.
'She seems like a nice girl and kinda desperate for a friend' her own thoughts made her doubt about all the efforts she put for avoiding Leona. but she also thought that why was she wanted to be friends with her?

but then Lily decided to think it through and she asked herself a very important question first that , why is she so confident that everything what was written in the original novel will go according to the original plot ? just because she read the novel?

now that she was thinking about it, her coming here was also not the part of the original plot.

'if my being here , changed the character lily that means the novel's plot also already changed slightly. '
she reminded herself of this possibility.

'and i can't guarantee that all the other characters will act according to plot as I just witnessed Leona's behavior which was different from the novel. 'she was doubting her own judgements now.

'but is it really her real side or just an act?but didn't seem like am act. has she changed or is she going become like her original character in the near future? 'Lily couldn't tell as she thought in her mind.

'was I only focusing on the plot information that i overlooked things which were in front of me?'she wasn't sure what she should do now.

when Lily first came into this world, she thought of all people and this world as a third person not as an individual involved herself.

but as time passed, she just couldn't think like that anymore. because everything was too real for her to deny that she wasn't a part of this world.

in this world her mom, dad, her classmates, her teachers, all these people wasn't any different from her original world. they didn't seem like puppets bonded to a string controlled by some sh*ty novel's plot which made them act. It was too real.

they were real people.
with their own real feelings just like her!
she thought.

(Lily's POV)

After all this , I thought that I was acting too much according to the original novel's information and I should try to observe things more.

but from this it didn't ment that if Leona's behavior was different so all the other characters will be the same.

they may or may not have original personalities so I still had to be wary of them.

as time passed, I began to open up to Leona and we eventually became friends.

I also asked her that why she wanted to be friends with me. initially she hesitated to talk to me about herself but eventually she told me about her family and why she wanted me as a friend.

after listening to her story, I was so surprised that her past was never mentioned in the story and I also felt very sad for her. I also enjoyed her company. so I it would be okay if I become her genuine friend

I realized that maybe it was all because of her painful past that she developed a dark side and maybe it was because of the provocation of the original lily that she became a villainess in the novel.
but now , I might be able to change both of our sad fates.

I was also curious about Louis.
I thought 'does she also have a different personality? '

but as i watched Louis, she didn't seemed to have any change from her original personality according to the novel.

She was still nice and had a angel like personality.

It ment that , it wasn't necessary that the original story will change just because some of the character's personality changed.

due to this fact, the fear of my bad ending was still there in my heart.

but still I was determined that I won't let it happen.

as Leona and I became friends, I encouraged her to try to trust people some more . as time passed, she started to open up to other people and so her behavior also changed towards people. I wanted to change her image of being a bully.

I knew that, before Leona some times had acted like a b**ch to Louis but it wasn't as extreme as in the novel.

so to avoid our bad ending, I had to make Leona apologize to Louis.

it wasn't an easy task to convince her but as Leona knew that it was her mistake and she agreed to apologize to Louis.

I approached Louis for the first time.
She appeared very friendly. I was even astonished after hearing her angle like voice.
no doubt she is the protagonist.

Leona also met Louis and she apologized to Louis with sincerity and to my surprise,
Louis also forgave her easily. well she was a nice person after all.

I inhaled a breath of relief.

after seeing this scene, it looked like everything's going to be okay.

after that incident, we all three often hanged out together.
as Leona and Louis both were omega, forgetting the past they became close and eventually became friends.

I would have never imagined that I would end up like this.

but now there wasn't any reason left for my bad ending . as Louis wasn't being harassed.

so now I could finally relax.
