Chapter 13-coming home

Rose pov
I could finally move, I felt my body move, I tried to open my eyes and all I could see was a bright white light and blurriness. Did I die?

Vincent pov

"Rose it's been 3 weeks please wake up please please please. I need you more than anything.
I felt a movement. Her hand it's moving. "MARSHALL GET IN HERE." her eyes started to open, and I instantly went to her side.

"Baby open your eyes for me, please wake up."
"V-Vincent?" Her voice was groggy from not talking
"Yes little one it's me. Here, drink some water and you will feel better."
"What happened?"
"You left me and went home, your mom did this to you. Why did you leave me baby girl? I told you I would be back."
"You left me alone for more than 5 hours, you said you would be back soon that's not soon, I thought you left me and found someone else, I'm sorry daddy."
"Your okay princess just don't do it again okay?"
"Yes sir, can we go home now?"
"Is she clear to go home Marshall?"
"Let me check everything again and then if everything's good you can take her home tomorrow."
"Okay thank you."
I started whining bc I hate hospitals and I didn't want to be here
"Don't whine baby girl, we will go home tomorrow."

Rose pov

I felt tired so I let darkness overtake me, I felt a dip in the hospital bed and felt strong arms around me. Vincent looked so tired and drained I feel terrible for putting him through this.

Vincent pov

It's the next day and the doctor finally cleared her to go home. She isn't able to walk thay well right now until I reteach her.

"Hey Jake I need you to do me a favor"
"Anything boss"
"I need you and Marissa to go make a coming home party for rose at my place."
"Wtf how do you know rose and what happened to her it's been over a month"
"She's living with me because her mom abused her and put her in the hospital"
"How tf did I never notice it."
" I don't know but just hurry we're getting checked out in a few hours"

*3 hours later*

"Come on rose let's go home."
She tried to stand up but couldn't. We didn't tell her she would have problems walking for awhile because we didn't wanna make her cry.
"Vincent why can't I walk"
"Sweety you have to relearn to walk, your mom beat you to bad."
"Why didn't you tell me this."
"I didn't want you to freak out. It's a normal thing and I want to help you in any way I can."
"Thank you Vincent but you can't lie to me it's bad."
"Ik babygirl and I'm sorry I won't lie again"
I just wish that was the truth, I don't know when's the best time to tell her I'm the leader of the number one mafia group

We finally arrived home.
Our home me and roses, I hop that never changes.
We got in the door and rose took one glance around and started tearing up
"You guys all did this for me?"
"Yes rose you deserve the world." Jake told rose and I gave him a look to know that she's mine and he rolled his eyes at me.
"Rose I've missed you so much, why didn't you ever tell me what was going on."
"Because I'm a big girl Marissa I could handle it."

Rose pov

I can't believe they did this for me. It's so sweet and caring. It made me start to tear up.
I've never had anything like thsi in my life.
I jsut wonder how Vincent got ahold of Marissa and Jake.
We all stayed up talking and catching up on things for a few hours and then I started to get sleepy.
"Daddy I sweepy." I tugged on his shirt and mumbled into his ear.
"Okay come on little one let's get you to bed."
"We're gonna end the night short rose is tired and needs her rest."
"Aww okay. We will come back soon. Come on Jake let's leave the love birds alone."
"Ew don't say that."
Vincent growled at that I don't know why he's always growling
After they left Vincent bathed me because I can't move my legs. He was grunting and moving around in his pants the whole time I didn't ask why because the bath was to relaxing
"Come on little one let's get out and go to bed."
"Okay sir."
We finally got layed down
We are cuddling until Vincent interrupted the silence.
"Will you be my little rose?"
My body froze, I didn't know what to say or do.
I just said the first time that would come out.
