Um, What?

Alex's POV
She was underwater and it was fizzling like crazy! There was no doubt she couldn't see! I leaped in after her and grabbed her around her waist and began to swim her up to the surface, wait, where's the surface? Let's just get out of the bubbles. Suddenly my legs start to tingle and I let go of Misty. She opens her eyes as I grab her wrist and swim to the left. She looks like she's going to give up, and then she grabs her wrist out of my grasp. What? She's breathing! Underwater! I gasped in water too not even thinking and it didn't kill me! We both looked at each other, shocked. She looked like she wanted to talk but I just shook my head. Suddenly she curled up in pain. She began to sink to the bottom and I tried to swim after her but I too became hunched in pain. It felt like my legs were being ripped from my body. I groaned and saw her start to groan too. She suddenly began to turn blue from the waist down, then black, then silver, then coral and it stopped. I looked down and saw that I too was changing colors. The color my legs stopped on was orange. Then our legs began to fuse together, and at the same time too. Well we are twins so I'm not surprised that what ever is happening to her is happening to me at the same time! She began speeding around and I realized the pain was gone, but thee was something new, we had tails.
