ZOE SAT DOWN ON THE COUCH WITH ANIKA as she scrolled through her old messages, reminiscing about the goofy pictures Wes and Liv would send to their old group chat, her smile faded after seeing Amber's contact.
Another message showed up, regaining her focus. Ethan's name flashed on her screen, and he kept sending her apologies.

I'm sorry for what I said earlier. I promise, I didn't mean any of it. I'm going to be at Econ all night, sorry :/ Txt me if u need anything.
She didn't feel like talking to him right now, not after what he accused her of so she just gave him a normal response so he could leave her alone.
Zo Zo🧸: ok. Umm Be safe.
"Hey Zo! Tara needs you in the kitchen." Jade stated with a smile, sitting down in the seat right next to Anika, eating her food while turning the TV on.
"Also, I'm sorry for what I said earlier; I know you'd never kill anyone or be ghost-face, I just wanted to add in the conversation, you're one of my best friends." Jade apologized.
"I know Jade, I know—Tara, I'm coming!" She exclaimed.
As she turned the corner, she heard Mindy gagging at the sight of her brother and Tara talking and pushing one another.
"Will you two just make out already?" Mindy stated this with sarcasm laced in her voice.
"Right!" Zoe's voice beamed with excitement as she came into view, and Tara just rolled her eyes at her best friends gimmicks.
