When you woke up, you were surprised to be cuddled up close to Killua. He was still asleep, so you carefully pulled away and stood up. Nobody else was awake, so you took the opportunity to go clean up in the bathroom.

You locked the door behind you and pulled off your black coat. The shirt you had been wearing under it was rather big on you and showed off you shoulders and partial upper back. You could clearly see the spider tattoo when you turned your back to the mirror. You tried pulling the [f/c] shirt up a little to hide it, but it only dropped back down again. You tried again and got the same result. Giving in, you let it stay dropped and began to actually wash up.

Once you were done, you grabbed the black coat and draped it over your shoulders since you didn't want to put it on fully at the moment. It stayed put and you exited the clean bathroom. You weren't surprised when you saw Killua and Kurapika both awake and minding their own business. You strode over to Killua and sat next to him as he attempted to build a house of cards. It reminded you of Hisoka and of the time he taught you how to build a stable one a few months ago. You watched silently as the boy blew the cards down.

You leaned back against the wall and closed your eyes. The room was dead silent. That is, until Leorio woke up. The old man jerked up a little too quickly and fell off of the couch. He groaned loudly and cursed under his breath. Leorio sat up and glanced around the room cautiously.

"Is there any coffee in here?" He questioned lazily.

"Over there." Kurapika said pointing at the table.

"Thanks." The man grumbled stumbling over to the small table.

He began fixing his hot drink almost immediately. First, he added the palready boiled water and then the soft grounds. The bitter scent spread quickly through the air, causing you to take it in delightfully. You loved the smell of fresh coffee. Deciding you wanted a little, you stood up and ambled over to the small table. Leorio looked you questioningly, you shrugged in response and added some sugar to the bottom of the cup.

Once you were done preparing your coffee, you tasted it. Delighted with your results, you turned to go sit with Killua again. However, it did not go as planned. Leorio had come back to add more sugar and bumped into you on accident. Hot coffee was spilled all over both of you. Worst of all, it was on your coat. You were going to have to take it off to clean it, but how?

"I...I am so sorry!" The perverted man apologized rapidly.

He seemed frightened, but you pushed it aside. You carefully placed the now empty cup in the sink to be washed later and grabbed a towel to clean up the sticky mess. As you were about to wipe up the spilled coffee, Leorio coughed and began to slide off your black coat. Crap... You thought trying to think of a plan, but it was too late. The coat was fully removed, exposing your upper back and shoulders.

"Is that...a spider?" Kurapika queried with shadows covering his eyes.

You began to laugh nervously, not wanting to cause unnecessary fights or arguments. Killua tensed in the corner where he had stayed and studied the scene before him. Kurapika, however, began to slowly rise from his sitting position cautiously. The blond then quickly grabbed his weapon and lunged for you.

"Hey! You didn't give me time to explain!" You yelled dodging the attack.

"I don't want an explanation!" The Kurta survivor yelled back looking up, revealing beautiful scarlet eyes.

"Okay. I get it, but I prefer not to engage in such pointless fights." You informed the raging boy as he attempted to kick you.

You swiftly dodged before he could make contact with you, but you weren't expecting his next move. You glanced around trying to find a way to escape, although you knew every attempt would prove futile. H..how? I was alert! I was ready to avoid all of his blows! You thought frantically, Kurapika began to bring his swords down at a rapid rate. You braced yourself for the upcoming pain and took air in shallow breaths.

Before you knew it, Killua was standing in front of your cowering figure. The former-assassin easily blocked the wooden swords(?) and glared at the wielder. A small, evil glint hidden in his mesmerizing blue eyes.

"Don't touch her." Killua demanded.

"Killua, she's a spider! Part of the Troupe! Are you really going to protect her?" The other boy protested.

"I don't care what she is. I will repeat myself once more, don't touch her."

You straightened up slightly and attempted to even out your breathing.

One.

Two.

One.

Two.

Finally, you heard Kurapika sigh in defeat and drop his weapon. You smiled slightly and hugged Killua from behind. You couldn't see it, but the white-haired boy's cheeks turned slightly pink from the contact.

"Thank you so much, Killua." You whispered before releasing him and turning to Kurapika.

He muttered something, but it was too quiet and you couldn't understand him. You cocked your head to the side and studied the boy.

"Can I explain myself now?" You questioned.

He simply nodded and you perked up. You couldn't have him spreading your secret, so you would have to lie a little.

"You see, I'm not exactly a member of the Troupe." You began sliding down the wall next to him, "I'm just one of the members younger siblings. The only reason I have the tattoo is because Boss took a liking to me. He said I could join if I wanted, but I've declined his invitation for now. I like the tattoo though, and that's why I got it."

You hope he believed you. It wad true, you weren't exactly a member. However, you never declined the invitation. There was no invitation. You would become a full member when either you turned fourteen or another member died or left.

"I see. Then, I'm sorry." Kurapika said, still not looking at you.
