🤍🤍 RECAP Take a look at this," I shouted, raising my hand in the air
"Hmm.. beautiful hand, But to be honest, I'm not a fan of unpolished nails" he said proudly, displaying his pristine teeth.
It was enough now! I got up at once and cried through my crushed teeth.
"You Son of a gun! THIS IS NOT A HAND, IT'S A HAMMER, AND WHEN IT HITS YOUR CHISELED JAWLINE, YOUR EXTRA WHITE TEETH WILL FLY LIKE POPCORNS EVERYWHERE."
Suddenly there was total silence, and I looked around to see if I'd done a good job. Then, as if by magic, everyone began to laugh like maniac.

DAY AFTER THE BUNK:
"Hello Miss. Juveria" A low voice greeted me as I approached the school canteen.
I turned my head to see a roly poly girl looking at me in awe.
Who is she? I scanned her ID card. So she is a 9th grader, Sara.
"Hi, Sara. How are you dear? Aww what a fancy pair of specs, dude, looking nice!" I asked as if I had always known her. Smart me.
Sara's braces sparkled as she giggled, "Thank you, Juveria. You are very beautiful and kind-hearted despite being the school topper. Your acting performance was incredible. I also want to be like you."
My lips cracked into a bitter smile. If only she knew my tragic past.
"You are better than me, dear."
Someone called her name and she left, not before saying, "Bye, you are such a down-to-earth person."
"Take care, Saroo."
I strolled towards the canteen and the sweet aroma of coffee and cookies wafted towards me. My greedy stomach grumbled in response, even though I had eaten a lot yesterday.
Ah, yesterday! it was heaven.
I had never considered what a great fun bunking school would be.
The only tension I had was how I would tell the truth to Mumma. I never lied to her, but thanks to her "busy" schedule, she didn't get two minutes to ask where I spent my day.
