As Xavier finishes packing a duffle bag of his, he meets with Adrien and Kassandra within his dormitory. Adrien and Kassandra look at Xavier with concern as he says he needs to go back home. "Are you sure that's a good idea?" Kassandra asks, knowing that Xavier mother lives in a completely different realm. Adrian nods resolutely. "I need to see my mother. She might have some answers," he says, his voice firm. Xavier and Kassandra exchange a look before nodding in agreement. "We'll come with you," Xavier says, placing a reassuring hand on Adrian's shoulder. Adrian gives them a grateful smile. "Thanks, guys. I don't know what I'd do without you," he says. With that, the three friends make plans to leave the academy and embark on a journey to Adrian's hometown, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. As the three friends sat in Xavier's dorm room, they knew they needed a plan to sneak out of Castle Light and the Seven Heavens undetected. Adrian suggested they seek the help of a witch on the other side of the realm to transport them back to their world.

Kassandra was hesitant, knowing that witches were half-demons and often had their own agenda. "But witches are half-demons," Kassandra said. "Do we really want to involve ourselves with that kind of magic?". Xavier replies, "We don't have a choice," he said. "We need to know what's going on. Kassandra knew they needed to get home and find out more about the premonitions and Lilith's warning. After some deliberation, they she agreed to seek out the witch. They spent the next few days gathering information and supplies, careful not to arouse suspicion from their fellow classmates or the headmistress. Eventually, they found the witch's lair, hidden deep on top of a mountain miles away from the outskirts of the Castle. As they approached, they could feel the power emanating from the place, and their hearts began to race with fear. But as they entered the lair and met with the witch, they began to question their decision. She was beautiful and alluring, with dark eyes that seemed to pierce their souls. They could feel the darkness and power radiating from her, and they wondered if they had made a mistake by trusting her. Nonetheless, they pressed on with their plan.

As the group settled into the voodoo witch's lair, they couldn't help but feel uneasy. The witch, with her alluring beauty and dark eyes, seemed to exude a sense of power that made them feel small and vulnerable. As they approached, the air became thick with the smell of incense and burning herbs. The sound of drums and chanting could be heard in the distance.

The lair itself was a small hut made of mud and straw, with a thatched roof that was overgrown with vines. The door was carved from a single piece of wood and was adorned with strange symbols and amulets. Inside, the walls were lined with shelves filled with jars, bones, and various other objects. The floor was covered in animal skins and woven mats, and in the center of the room was a large cauldron filled with bubbling liquid.

The air inside the lair was heavy and oppressive, as if the very spirits of the dead were watching over them. The witch herself sat on a small stool at the back of the room, her face obscured by the shadows. The only light came from a single candle that flickered and danced, casting eerie shadows on the walls.

The witch listened intently as they explained their plan, and after a moment of silence, she produced a deck of tarot cards. "These will help guide you on your journey," she said, her voice smooth as silk.

Kassandra and Adrien hesitated, but Xavier was curious and eagerly accepted the cards. The witch began to shuffle the deck, her movements slow and deliberate. She laid out the cards in a pattern, and as she turned each one over.

The witch stared at Adrian and shuffled the deck of tarot cards and spread them out on the table before him. "Pick three cards," she instructed him in her thick African accent.

Adrian hesitated for a moment before selecting the cards. The first was the Tower card, depicting a tall stone structure being struck by lightning. The second was the Three of Swords, showing three blades piercing a heart. And finally, he drew the Devil card, where the devil had black eyes that seemed to stare directly at him.
