'Jade, you remember the notes?' Amber rushed around her child, making sure they looked as human as a Limbo Princess could be.

'Yes, Mother. Aziraphale and Crowley are my fathers and I must forget about you' Jade sighed, knowing that this was purely for her safety from Gabriel and the other Angels

'Right, all your outfits are in your suitcase, don't worry I made it bigger on the inside so everything from your office fits in, books, pens, everything! Also, you can't enter back into the Middle Way unless I summon you' Amber expressed, her concern for her child becoming greater.

'Mum, I can notice and feel your concern, don't worry about me, I'll keep myself occupied' Jade spoke, calming her mother's fears.

A piece of paper was handed over to Jade and she stared at the scrawny handwriting below her.

Jade's inquisitive nature was piqued as they observed the handwriting before them. It was dissimilar to their mother's, hence they deduced that it likely belonged to Aziraphale. Their hands glimmered with a striking golden hue, leaving them both astonished and bewildered. Unexpectedly, circumstances took a drastic turn and Jade was instantaneously transported to Kings Cross Station. To their bewilderment, they found themselves draped in a stunning Victorian dress, a stark contrast to their usual luxurious attire and tiara.

With a sense of assurance, Jade securely took hold of their luggage and proceeded towards the underground station that would convey them directly to the district of Soho.

Although Jade was familiar with London and often travelled around the city to perform small miracles for people, they were not sure how to get to Soho. In the past, Jade had taken the wrong train and ended up far away from their intended destination. However, they recently discovered the convenience of using a hire bike to navigate the city and reach Soho easily.

"Well, this is a costly day. I'd better miracle myself a helmet.' Silently, Jade carefully fastened their suitcase onto the rear of the bicycle.

Jade was feeling immensely exasperated. Despite cycling past the bookshop five times, they weren't able to identify it due to the presence of some unfriendly drivers. After a while, they finally located the drop-off point for the hire bike and walked a distance of three miles to reach the bookshop.

When Jade arrived, they saw a man wearing a light brown cardigan that looked like a trench coat. He was standing in front of two other men, who were Gabriel and Sandalphon. Jade quietly opened the door without ringing the bell.

"I understand your point, but isn't it risky to leave the Princess of Limbo here, given Crowley's reputation?" objected the man in the cardigan.

"Listen, Aziraphale. If you have Jade, it will increase your favour with the Almighty until Armageddon," said Gabriel, manipulating Aziraphale into submission.

Jade interrupted Gabriel's rant and said, "Excuse me, Gabriel, I'll take over now." They then smoothed out their dress to remove any creases.

"It's great to see you, Jade. I was expecting you to take a little longer," Gabriel said, raising an eyebrow while maintaining eye contact with Aziraphale.

"Getting here was quite an ordeal, I must say. I attempted it five times before finally succeeding, and then had to cover a distance of three miles on foot!" Jade remarked with a hint of sarcasm in their tone, which gradually gave way to frustration.

"Jade, do I look sad about that?" Gabriel asked. "Here's your book, as per your role." With that, he left the old bookshop, his ego lifting him. Sandalphon glanced at Aziraphale and Jade before departing, leaving behind Gabriel's egotistical behaviour.

"Would you like to take a seat and enjoy some coffee or tea, Jade?" Aziraphale asked politely as he walked around his bookshop to calm his nerves.

Jade softly placed their suitcase and book down with little noise and replied, "Yes, please. And please call me Jade if you don't mind."

"Of course, Jade. How was your journey?" Aziraphale inquired, looking into Jade's emerald eyes with his sapphire ones.

"It was tiring, and I think I placed my bike in the wrong spot," Jade lightly chuckled, trying to ease the tension.

"We need to meet with Crowley soon, but I'm not sure where," Aziraphale said, fiddling with the tea cups.

Jade then opened up about their mother, saying, "My Queen greatly appreciates your caring nature, Aziraphale. She tells me stories of when you and she first met." The memory brought tears to Jade's eyes.

Just then, the bell rang, and a tall man with shoulder-length red-orange hair walked in, interrupting the conversation.

"Why is the Princess of Limbo here, Aziraphale?" asked the man, turning his head abruptly towards Jade, who became nervous as his eyes remained hidden.

Aziraphale scolded Crowley for intimidating them, acknowledging that they had already had a long day. This was something that Jade could not have accomplished.

Jade and Crowley have met on multiple occasions however both of them had not seen each other since Jade received the news from Gabriel about monitoring Crowley and Aziraphale. This was going to be a long day.
