Hi guys!
I feel like I say this at the beginning of every chapter, but wow! 40,000+ reads! That is just unbelievable! Thank you so much, honestly you have no idea how much knowing that people actually enjoy and read what I write makes me feel happier.
And again something that I think I end up saying in every chapter, I'm so sorry that I haven't posted a chapter in AGES. I thought I'd have loads of time in my school holiday, but so far I've hardly had any time to just sit down and just write. Year 11 has not treated me well, and I'm so sorry for not updating, but I am actually alive.
Anyway, on with the chapter! Enjoy!

Elizabeth's POV
"H-hey mum. Hi dad." I said as they walked in, looked Ian and David up and down, and came over to the side of my bed.
"Oh my god are you alright, pep?" my dad asked as he cuddled me tight. He never usually hugged me, so when he did, it came as quite a shock.
"Yeah I'm fine, dad. Don't worry. Ian and David made sure I didn't die." I replied, looking over smiling at them. They saved my life. Wow...
"Ah yes," dad said as he sat down on one of the chairs, my mum following behind with the movement, "you two are two of those guys off of... Smosh Games?"
"We sure are." Ian said, "Elizabeth told us that you would know who we are."
"Ah, did she? Well I'm Stephen, nice to meet you both. Elizabeth does love watching you both on YouTube" dad said, holding out his hand to both of them, which they both shook in turn.
My mum was being very quiet as usual. She never really spoke to anyone, not even my dad. It wasn't the fact that she didn't like us, it's like she chooses not to speak on purpose, which can make things awkward sometimes, but I still love her. I mean I have to, don't I? I am her daughter...
"How are you feeling darling? What even happened to you?" dad said, with a look of concern on his face.
"I'm doing alright, I mean, my head hurts like hell, but apart from that, I'm okay." I said as I moved slightly to get a better view of them, bending my back, "Ow! And my back hurts a bit."
Ian's POV
I think me and David were both feeling a bit awkward at this point. We cared for Elizabeth hugely, but because we didn't know her parents, we didn't really know how to add to the conversation, which was annoying for the both of us, as her parents knew who we were.
"So you and David were meeting up with my daughter when this happened, eh?" Stephen spoke, with a sense of confusion and annoyance.
Shit. Now we have to explain.
"W-well yes. She came over because we had to repay her for saving us when we were going out to eat somewhere, and she stopped us from getting flattened by the crowd of people who came by shouting and getting them all in order. It was a very brave thing to do." David explained.
"I'm guessing you used that training I gave you?" Stephen said, smiling.
She laughed quietly. "Yeah."
A nurse suddenly entered the room gripping a clipboard tightly. She looked at our little arrangement of seating and smiled warmly. She spoke,
"I hate to pull you away from you daughter, but I need to take details from Elizabeth's parents so we can keep her here for long enough for her to get completely better." She gestured for Elizabeth's parents to leave, and they left, her father flashing a thumbs up at Elizabeth as she left.
"Thanks for being here guys," she said, "but you guys should go home. You both look exhausted and my parents are here now."
David looked over, looking relieved that he could leave the awkwardness.
"Shall we head off then?" he said, getting up and stretching.
"Yeah, we should. We'll be back to visit though, so don't go ignoring your texts from us!" I laughed, also getting up and heading towards the door.
"I'll see you guys soon." Elizabeth said as we walked over to give her a hug, and then retreated towards the door. We walked out waving and as we exited the hospital I gripped David's hand tight, suddenly overcome with sadness and fear.
"What's wrong?" David asked, putting his hand around me. I could tell he knew the answer so I did not respond, simply got in the car and started the engine.
"I'll be okay, don't worry." he said. "Anthony's not getting anywhere near us. We'll be alright."
I wanted to trust him, I really did. But I knew Anthony's strength, he was going to get to us no matter how hard we tried, and we had to just accept that and carry on.

Hey guys!
Sorry it was a bit short, but I just wanted to finally get something out to you, I feel really bad. I'm not going to promise I'll update regularly, because we can all see how that went last time, but we'll see how it goes.
