My Laughing Jack Headcanons.

NSFW WARNING:

- Laughing Jack's clothes are part of his skin (isn't that even canon?). On the outside it looks and feels like real clothing, but underneath it "grows together" with the rubbery skin. If cut open, the "skin" would heal at the same time as the clothes. Like melting wax played backwards. Ya know, like the opposite of melt.What am I even doing here?

– He is a pedophile and is equally interested in girls and boys. As @Ratboycryptid (Sorry to bring you up here. I just like you way too much mwah mwah go take a look at his oneshot book) once said:If Laughing Jack is into sex at all, he'd probably be more interested in kids since it seems his whole existence revolves around it anyway. Sure, one could now point out that Lj's personality is adapted to Isaac's, and Isaac was probably straight and also into grown women, but after Isaac's death Jack became his own evil clown thing anyway. He's doing his own thing now, he's really independent and all that.

- He has no sex organs. Or bones. Or organs in general. Which causes him to be unnaturally flexible, grow and shrink, and twist abnormally.

- He can eat, but he doesn't have to. The nutrients are going nowhere anyway, literally, he doesn't have a stomach.

- He's not bleeding.

- He feels no physical pain, which is also partly responsible for his pure lack of empathy.

- I guess it's quite needless to say here that he sees torture as some kind of game that he enjoys a lot, right?

 - He doesn't quite understand what "death" means. He faces death a bit like a kid. The dead ones didn't die, they just left. It doesn't matter that much.

- He thinks that at the end of a friendship (or love?), "death" always awaits. Like a friendship sooner or later has to end in him having to kill that person. As if that were just part of it. Even if he doesn't think he's going to kill them. For him, these people simply "disappear" when things are at their most beautiful. And feels it is impertinent when his guests and friends suddenly go somewhere else while "playing".

- He has incredibly strong mood swings. With him you can never be sure what he will do or say next. Something he was angry about can suddenly be the funniest thing in the world, for example. So it never gets boring with him :)

- He doesn't know what sex is and how it works, but sees it as a kind of fun game when he penetrates his victims. He would sexually harass without really knowing what he is doing. He had watched Isaac and this one woman from his box and didn't know what that was either.

- He can summon candies, items and teleport, which is pretty much canon. You're a wizard, Lj.

- In his world (meaning this weird carnival he has there), it's impossible to defeat him. It is there that he has his most power and endurance.

- Speaking of defeating: You can kill Laughing Jack with fire. But only when at least half of it is burned. In addition, he has to be permanently in the flames so that he cannot regenerate either.

- He actually hardly thinks before he does anything. He's not even that smart...

- The music box he emerged from contains his life. So it's sort of his heart, and if you break that box, Jack dies. But that's rather difficult, since he has them well hidden somewhere in his circus and can literally do anything to protect them there.

- Laughing Jack's tongue is long, snake-like, and has black and white stripes.

- His mouth is actually just a black deep hole with a tongue and shark teeth and it has no meat. So no oral cavity, mucous membranes, not even gums.

- He HATES silence. Yet another reason why he has a carnival and "plays with kids." Both are loud. When it's quiet, he even starts singing and whistling, just so it's not so quiet. The silence reminds him too much of his years in the box.

- When Isaac went to boarding school, Laughing Jack had become so monotonous not only because Isaac left him, but also because Isaac was very, very depressed at boarding school and Lj was to constantly adapt to him like some kind of soul-chameleon. Isaac depressed = Laughing Jack depressed. Isaac becomes a insane sadist = same for Laughing Jack. They were somehow emotionally connected, even in Isaac's absence.
