I was so excited to go to school to find out where the class trip would be. I left the tower early so I could go get breakfast at a cafe with Nat.
When Nat dropped me off at school, Harper was waiting outside for me. We couldn't wait for computers, even though it was last class of the day.
The first few classes were boring but at least half of them were with Harper.
At last it was lunch. Harper and I sat at our normal table in the cafeteria, at the other end of the table; the new boy. Still didn't get his name but at least he said hi to us.
He had brown curly hair, dark brown eyes, and is slightly taller than me.
By the time it was computer class, I went to the back of the room to get seats for Harper and I, while she went to the bathroom. The new boy came up to me "hey, can I sit at this table with yous?" I smiled. "Of course you can, I'm Kate and my friend is Harper. What's your name?" I asked him with a smile trying to be polite.
"I'm Parker Peter.. uh uh y-you can call me Peter." He scratched the back of his neck, I could tell he was nervous, "okay Parker Peter" I laughed, but as soon as I was going to say something else, Harper sat down beside me, full of energy.
"HEY GIRL" she almost yelled. "hey! This is Peter, the new kid." I introduced them, "hey how are ya?" She asked, he just nodded. Maybe he wasn't really social?
The bell rang and the teacher walked in. Harper and I hoped the trip would be somewhere good. The teacher, Ms Gray, knew we were all waiting for her to tell us where the trip was.
"Just tell us where we're going Miss" Flash said out loud. "Alright alright settle down" she clear her throat, "the place we're going on a class trip is..."
Harper and I crossed our fingers.
"The one and only... Stark industries aka the Stark Tower!! Mr Stark himself has invited our class."
My jaw dropped and I stared at Harper. "I- how- why would he?!?" Harper nudged me because Peter was looking. What the hell Dad. Why would he invite my class to the place where I live!!
