Next Day
I got up early so I had time to shower and do my make up.
"Bye Dad, thank you for the ride" I said as I closed the car door. "No problem sweetie, love you."
"Love you too" He drove off and blasted his music.
I went inside and went to my locker then headed to my first class; P.E , gross. Harper and I sat at the back during PE and we're watching the captain America school videos on a tiny tv screen.
Me and Harper laughed most the time as I knew Bucky had convinced Steve to be in the videos.
After class Liz walked over to Harper and I. "Hey Harper, hey Kate." I smiled at her.
"I'm having a birthday party tonight and I wanted to invite you, I'll send you my address if you're interested."
"Wow thanks Liz!" Harper said, neither of us have ever been to a big high school party before. Harper was excited and definitely wanted to go. "What's with the long face?"
"Nothing just all the popular people are going to be there, plus I hate socialising. You should come over to get ready, I'm sure Nat and Wanda would love to help us get ready."
"I'd love to come over. I'm going to go home first and grab a dress and shoes, then I'll head over to yours." Harper said with a big smile.
"Can't wait!!" We laughed as the bell rang and we went to our class.
"See you later!"
