She starts picking out songs for us to sing, some really up beat, some calmer, and everything in between. We sing together and she dances beside me. We start caring less and less about the time, enjoying the night and the vast emptiness of the city. We stop by a 24h fast food place and buy us both an ice cream. We decide to eat them outside, and she looks up at the starry night,

"There are no clouds tonight..." She seems hipnotized by the sky.

"You're right..." I let myself join her in her admiration.

"It's kind of unusual in big cities, isn't it?"

"It is" I smile at the sight.

"There's a park in the end of this road, right?"

"Yes, there is. Wanna go there?" I look at her.

She hums affirmatively, nodding. I lead her back to the car and we drive for a few minutes and arrive at the park she mentioned, and when I park the car in one of the various parking spots there are, she jumps out of her seat to the exterior, running to the grass. I laugh at this.

"Hey! Wait!" I get out and quickly lock the car, running after her as she laughs looking back at me.

When she finds herself in the middle of the grass, she lays down with a tumble, and I giggle as I join her. She lets her eyes drift up to the sky again, looking at the starts and constelations they form. We stay like that for a good while until she sighs.

"It's beautiful."

"It really is..." I agree, only, I wasn't looking at the stars yet. Her eyes were glowing with the light she worshipped. Her lips carved the most beautiful smile I have ever seen, her cheeks were a shade of red that graced her skin under the moonlight. It's like her lines were drawn in with silver lining. If I could kiss her...

She looks at me the moment that thought crosses my mind. I look away immediatelly, staring off into the sky, but I bet she can tell that my face is flushed. It's like she heard me thinking about it. She smirks at me.

"What?" She asks in a playful manner.

"Nothing" I mutter.

"Are you sure?" She leans closer.

I'm certainly red by now "I'm sure." I can't help but smile while looking away.

She giggles as she sits up to face me better "You were staring again!"

"Nooo"

"You were! What is it with you staring at me all the time today??" She chuckles as she pokes me.

"Stop!" I laugh at her, grabbing her by the waist and pulling her over me, laying her flat on my other side, making me sit almost on top of her, hand still on her waist. I blush, noticing the position we were left in, but couldn't help but admire her face whilst laughing. When she opens her eyes to look at me, she slowly stops laughing and her eyes stared into mine, giving them such attention that it made me feel like the stars she admired so much.

The air in between us was ringing. I had a big urge to lean in, but I wasn't sure if this was apropriate, or if she wasn't into me like that.

My thoughts are interrupted by a weird electronic whirring sound. Me and Y/N look at where it came from, noticing a sprinkler, not much further than 10ft away from us, alonside probably five others around us.

"Shoot." She whispers.

The sprinklers start spitting water everywhere, and we got up, tripping on each other multiple times, shrieking and laughing, running towards the sidewalk, holding each others hand. We couldn't stop laughing for a few good minutes, even after we arrived to the sidewalk, drenched. Y/N's hair was slicked down her face from the water, and I reached for it, tucking it behind her ear and combing it with my fingers. She did the same with my wet hair, still giggling.

She slicked my hair back and played with it for a while after I let go of her's. I let myself smile and admire her silver lined details.

"What do you want to do now?" I ask her in a calm tone.

"We could find somewhere where we could dry off." She still twirled my hair in her fingers.

"I don't know where that could be, especially at this hour." I giggle, and she smiles more when I squeak. I never knew she noticed it. I blush and look away.

My phone starts buzzing in my pocket. I pick it up and notice Han's calling me. I look at Y/N.

"Is it okay if I answer? I mean, I did dissapear misteriously in the middle of the night."

"Sure! No problem" She smiles.

I smile and pick up, but I don't even get the chance to say "hello."

"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU DOING OUT AT 4 AM???"  Han's voice was hoarse.

"UHM" I find myself at a loss for words. "Why are you awake so early?" I tried to say something to come back at him.

"I wanted to pee, noticed your door half opened, went to check on you and I see an EMPTY BED."

I wince. I thought I'd closed the door.

"Look, if you tell me you snuck out to hang out with that beloved barista of yours in the middle of the night you could just tell me"

I glance at Y/N, flushed, praying that she didn't hear that, but her red face said otherwise.

"Han-"

"By the way, we are out of toilet paper, could you buy some on the way?"

"Han, it's 4 am."

"Eh, worth the shot."

"Bye Han"

"Bye, lover boy."

I hung up, eyes shut, feeling extremely embarrased that Y/N was able to hear all of that. I hear her giggle, making me open my eyes to look at her. Her smile gleamed as she rested her hands on my shoulders, making me relax. At least until she looked at me with a playful grin.

" 'Lover boy'. "

 I blush.
