When I get out of the bathroom to wach my hands, I bump into Changbin, who aparently went at the same time as me.

"Oh! Hi!" He giggles "You go first." He points to the sink.

"Thanks!" I smile, proceeding to wash my hands as he stands by my side.

When I'm done, I dry my hands and he takes his turn. I ponder for a few seconds before I say anything.

"Hey, Changbin?"

"Yeah?" He looked up at me.

"Tell me if I'm being paranoied, which I probably am..."

"What's up?" He furrows his brows, reaching for the paper towels.

"Um... does Chan have... I don't know, like, a condition? Or has he been sick lately?"

"What do you mean?" He asked, although his eyes showed he already knew what it was.

"Like, on the way here, in the car, he had a moment where he coughed and put his hand on his chest. He told me he only had something in his throat, but... I don't know, he might be right, it's stupid to be preocupied."

"No, it's not, he probably just didn't want you to worry."

"About what?"

"He..." Changbin sighed and almost started whispering "You're right, Chan does have a condition. Sinusitis, but it's, like, really bad, in his case."

My heart beats faster and I gulp down, holding my hands so they don't tremble.

"How bad?"

"It has its ups and downs. He has really good days and he can have really bad days, and it can get worse if he works late and sleeps too little" He grits his teeth as if Chan's been doing that recently. "It looks like this is one of his bad days. I wonder why."

"Oh..." I look down for a second, later looking back at Changbin "How can I help him?"

"Well, the bare minimum he should do would be resting, so if you could convince him to, it would be amazing, since he can't do it by himself."

"Oh, okay... I think I can do that."

"If it's not enough, just search it up. But I bet that just resting would already help him a lot."

"Okay. Thank you."

"Anytime." He smiles "I can see why he's so obsessed with you now."

 I giggle "Why?"

"'Cause you're caring and attentive, and he needs someone like that."

"Oh, I'm glad I made a good impression."

"Totally! And if you do become a trainee, we'll help you guys, okay?"

"Okay" we snicker, walking back to the table.

When Chan notices me returning, he smiles, warming me up inside. I sit down by his side and tuck his rebel stroke of hair behind his ear, watching his earlobe get red.

"Okay, so like, are we all officially third wheels now?" Jeongin asks.

"I guess so, yeah." Changbin smiles.

"Well, at least it's labeled now." Hyunjin sits back "We were just the people listening to Chan ramble about some barista."

We laugh a lot, talking and joking around, trade phone numbers so that I can talk to the other members, and eventually, we all start getting up to leave.

"So, Chan, how's it going to be?" Han put on his jacket "Are you coming with us or are you going to hang out together a bit more?"

"I have to take Y/N home, I'll meet you guys later." Chan held me by the waist.

"You know I could go alone right-" I tried to protest.

"Sshh, I have to." Chan smiled brightly.

I laugh and we wave goodbye to the other guys, walking together towards his car. When we get in, I hold his arm as it reaches for the keyhole, ready to start the car.

"Channie?"

"Yes, Y/N? Are you okay?" He held my hand.

I stroke the back of his as I intertwine our fingers.

"Um... why didn't you tell me that you had a condition?"

He pauses "Oh, uh... I'm sorry..."

"No, you don't have to be."

"I just didn't want you to worry."

"I know." I bury my fingers in his hair "But you know I can help you, right?"

"Yeah, I know. I don't want to bother you with this, though."

"But you won't, Channie." I smile to him, running my fingers through his hair "You helped me with so many things, I want to be of use to you."

Chan smiled back, getting teary eyed. I lay his head on my chest, caressing him.

"Changbin said that you have good days and bad days. Is this one of the bad ones?"

He nods, hugging me. I kiss his forehead, nuzzling my face in his hair.

"Never hide this from me, okay?"

He nods again, and I feel his warm tears fall on my chest. I pull up his head and wipe them from his eyes, cupping his face in my hands. I kiss him, feeling his lips tremble against mine. I pull away, resting my forehead on his, taking a deep breath.

"Are you better now?" I let my hands rest on his shoulders.

"A little, yeah. But I'm still having migranes."

"You need to rest, Chan, please rest today, or I'll break into your house and make you."

He chuckles, still hesitantly because of the pain. I rub my thumbs lightly against the skin below his eyes, where it hurts.

He drives me home, leaving me at my doorstep. He stands in front of me, smiling as he stares at me with his tired eyes. I hug him, feeling his eyes wrap around me and his fingers fiddle with my hair. His calm warm breath hit on my neck, giving me goosebumps. I pull away and smile at him, caressing his cheek. He rests his hands on my lower back.

"You're amazing." He sighs.

"So I've heard." I smirk.

Chan giggles, planting a peck on my lips and getting back in the car, waving goodbye as he drove away. I go into the building, walking up the stairs to my appartment.
