*Zero's POV*

"Zero Todd, right?!" I nodded but the woman didn't look convinced.

"G-Give me a second!" She typed something on her computer then she glanced at me and on the screen back and forth.

"You're name wasn't on the list... are you sure our team called you?!" I nodded again, hindi naman ako papunta dito kung hindi sila tumawag.

"Perhaps they called you accidentally?!" She added but how is that possible? "I'll give a call the recruitment team to verify your application!" I shook my head to her instead.

"It's f-fine... maybe it was a mistake!" I laughed in pain. No wonder I felt suspicious getting the call, mahirap talaga para saakin makahanap ulit ng trabaho.

I left right after but I was not halfway through the hallway when my tears started falling, also the elevator did not help my situation kailangan ko pa kasi dapat itong hintayin, I looked up medyo madami pa namang dumadaan.

"I didn't think we would make it, ang dami ko kasing naririnig mahirap daw makapasok dito!" The women who just arrived behind me, I assumed nag-apply din sila dito and they made it.

"Yeah, I'm still shaking though... but it bothered me that guy who didn't make it... narinig ko wag daw siyang tanggapin!" I wanted to look back behind them but I don't want to freak them out.

"S-Stop! Someone might hear you... and isa pa baka mali ka lang nang narinig!" I couldn't stand to hear them anymore so walk away then I took the stairs instead.

When I reached the lower ground floor I didn't know why I was sweating so much, I could have ignored those women and taken the elevator as well but before leaving the building I looked around and napa-isip kung pang ilang beses ko na itong na failed.

Hindi ko alam kung saan ako pupunta kaya lumakad-lakad muna ako, para siguro makapag-isip. Earlier... it doesn't make sense that they called me accidentally, posible ba yun?!

I didn't realize I'd been walking for more than an hour and the surroundings got familiar, kung hindi ako nagkakamali malapit lang ako sa company ni Jaeshen, there's no way I came here accidentally so I took my phone then dialed his number.

"Y-You call, what's wrong?!" His voice moved me.

"Y-yeah... I just want to know where are you right now, nandito kasi ako sa labas ng kompanya niyo!" I sighed then I heard a rumbling over.

"Jaeshen what happened?!"

"N-Nothing... I'm sorry I fell from my chair, pero bakit kasi nandiyan ka sa labas? Anong ginagawa mo?" He sounds mad so I stopped.

"I'm sorry for overreacting... just go up here. I'll be waiting!" I nodded but suddenly I was worried, what if the front desk gave me attitude again like last time?!

"Zero, you still there?! Umakyat kana ngayon dito, wag kang mag-aalala walang makikialam sayo!" He knew what was running inside my head so I said yes then I hung up the call.

I greeted the security guard first and when I entered the building despite a lot of people and things happening around I caught the women at the front desk staring at me.

"H-Hi!" I stuttered when I reached the front desk, they stared to each other and they talked in low voice, wala akong marinig.

"H-Hi, this way please!" They responded and they pointed me to the elevator that I rode last time with Miike, I smiled to them before I walked away.

While waiting for the elevator I glimpsed at the front desk and I caught them again staring at me while talking, I could tell they were talking shit about me but what did I expect?
