*Zero's POV*

It's another day that I woke up feeling nothing but great, and Jaeshen laying next to me sleeping peacefully is something I never thought I needed before.

Yes, ridiculous right but things have been good to us. I buried my face in his chest then I hugged him tightly, naririnig ko yung tibok ng puso niya, how I wish we could stay like this forever?

"Loud isn't it?!" He laughed softly, he knew I was into his heartbeat but I held when I felt his lips on my hair, I knew I shouldn't be gushing over but I couldn't help it.

"S-Stop!" I mumbled but he gently pushed me away from him, nagkatinginan kami at bigla na lang itong ngumiti at niyakap niya ako ulit.

"What's the matter?!" I asked on his chest.

"Nothing really, you're just being extra clingy today!" He teased but looks who's really between us being extra clingy today? Perhaps because I slept more than enough again last night?

I was startled when Lucas started throwing tantrums at the end of the bed, where he was sleeping, below our feet. Pumagitna ito saamin ni Jaeshen kaya binigyan ko ito ng space, I saw Jaeshen's reaction shift to being annoyed.

"You've been spoiling Lucas, I think I have enough already!" He chuckled then his dog barked at his face, napangiti na lang ako.

"L-Lucas over here! Don't mind him!" I laughed to annoy Jaeshen, and I got him. Lucas faced me so I hugged him tightly, he loved it when I hugged him.

"Is Lucas always this sweet to everyone?!" I asked Jaeshen whose face not having it, humiga naman ito nang maayos at sinandal niya yung ulo nito sa kamay niya.

"No... he hates everyone except you!" I held because it doesn't seem like that for me but if that's the case then I think we need to work hard for him to be nice to everyone at least.

"Why are you staring at me like that? D-Don't blame me, you know I taught him everything, it's just him being mean to everyone!" Jaeshen but Lucas barked at him.

"Lucas?!" I care his head, binaon niya naman yung ulo nito sa dibdib ko. Maybe Jaeshen is right and when I glanced at him he shrugged his shoulder.

"See?! I told you, also he only listens to you!" He mouthed so Lucas wouldn't hear it but I shook my head.

"H-How can I leave here if you're being like this Lucas?!" I laughed, pero nang tumingin ako ulit kay Jaeshen bigla itong naging seryoso, so I cleared my throat.

"Y-Yeah... that's also what I want to address to you Jaeshen, I think I'm okay now!" I sighed, oddly he just nodded.

"Hey Lucas buddy, come here!" He stood up from the bed, pero hindi ito pinansin ni Lucas kaya dahan-dahan niya itong binuhat, mabuti na lang hindi nagwala yung aso niya.

He took Lucas out of the room and I was kinda mad about it but I feel bad after I saw the scratches on his back which I did back at his office probably a month ago.

"Don't say that stuff again around with Lucas, that dog understands everything. I know you don't want him to get upset, he used to be around with you Zero!" Maybe he's right but I want to know his thought about my decision.

"Y-you're right, I'm not going to say that thing again when he's around but Jaeshen, I'm sorry, I think I need to continue looking for a job again. Alam mo namang-!" I wasn't done speaking but he interrupted me.

"Of course and I'm not going to stop you so why apologize?!" He smiles but I find it strange somehow.

"But was it really necessary for you to leave us here?!" I looked away from him then I nodded, wasn't that I want to hear from him that I found everything strange?
