Once he left I walked to nadnini's room, I pushed the door to see it open. I walked inside to see her holding her legs in to her chest, her head hidden in her knees.
I walked inside and shut her door. She was crying, I could hear her little sniffles. It breaks me to hear her crying, I hate when she cries, I always have and I always will.
"Nandini"
Her head shot up at me and seeing it's me she wiped her eyes really quick
"What do you want?" There comes that rude voice of hers
"A lot actually, but lets begin with if you are okay" I laid down in front of her
"Im fine, care to leave me alone and get your face away from me" she scoffs moving so my face wasn't right next to her feet which I didn't mind
"I can't leave you alone nandini"
"Why not? Listen I had already told you that jsut because you and I are married doesn't make things different"
"Oh It certainly does" I said
"No it doesn't, this is my room and you can go back to yours now" she says
"Nandini are you okay?" I asked again
"I am fine, get out of my room please" she states
"You aren't okay"
"I am fine" she snaps back
"You are not"
"Yes I am"
"Enough nandini, enough" I say getting up
"Exactly my point, I have had enoughhhh with you. Get out" she siad pushing me a bit
I picked her up throwing her over my shoulder, to my surprise she didn't yell or hit me. She was fine, seeing that I brought her to the front and held her in bridal style.
"Here is the plan, you and I are going to sleep after talking so did you wanna bring in your pillow, I know you are fussy with pillows" I asked looking in her eyes
"Why are you doing this manik? Is this to gain sympathy? Is this so I will quit pushing you away? Why are you doin this to me?" she asked
"If you think it's to gain sympathy then nadnini im very sorry to say that you don't remember me from our childhood. You don't remember who I am at all" I told her grabbing her pillow
As I carried her to our room, she didn't say much, she jsut rested her head against my chest letting me carry her with no fights
I shut our door and placed her on the bed again, I grabbed the water bottle I had beside my bed and handed it to her
"Drink some" I said
Without a single question, she takes a few sips from the bottle and sighs
"Manik this isn't easy for me" she said
"I understand that"
"You had said it was okay if nothing changes after we get married but it hadn't even been a whole day adn here I am sitting in your bed talking to you about life"
"Why isn't this allowed nandini"? Why is it that we have to keep fighting? Why is that you hate my guts when I don't have a single clue about what I did" I asked
"There was a time I needed you manik, adn you weren't there, no calls, no texts, nothing. It was like you disappeared from the face of the earth" she whispered
"What are you talking about nandini"
"Even forget that, why is I that even though I hate you so much, you are the only person I called when I was scared" she asked
