Manik's pov
I was going over a presentation when I heard Nandini's cabin door that's connected to my cabin open making me look up to see a beautiful smile on her face
I still wonder how I have bagged this beauty, I mean she is so fucking beautiful and not just physically, she is beautiful inside out. I love her so much. The way she took care of me and the meeting is commendable
"Hi baby" I mumbled
"Hiiiii hubby, can we go home?" She asked
"Of course, let me quickly save this and then we can go home"
She nodded walking to me when I stood up, she held my hand and we both walked to our car.
"Manik" I hummed hearing her
"Can we please get some chocolate" she asked
"how about some balloons too?" I asked making her giggle
"Yes please"
"Come here pretty girl" i said when we approached a red light
As if already knowing why I asked her to come closer she puckered her lips pecking mine
"Is my baby tired?" I asked knowing I kept her up last night with my nightmares and all
"Mhm not really"
She sounded like she was thinking something
"Hey whats going on in that head?" I ask
"Mhm I am craving some gol gappa" she is so cute
"Okay then, we can have some junk food tonight"
"Really" she asked excitedly
"Of course baby. Nandini you have to tell me such things, If you are craving something, if something is hurting you tell me, if you need somrhitng, want something, from every little thing, I want to know. Is that understood pretty baby?"
"Mhm hmm yes sir, understood" she said giggling as she kissed my hand
"chowmen?" I asked
"Yes, and if you have to ask you are stupid"
"Come again"
"Arghh this tone, you know what? You are bossy sometimes but mani you know I love chowmen"
"Agreed but is it bad that I asked again"
"Bad husband" she mumbled shaking her head
I chuckled at her, she is the only women in this world who can even make me crawl for her and she wouldn't even have to force me to.
I saw this chowmien and junk food stalls so I pulled over, nandini jumped out running to the uncle that was making food. I followed her and we ate eveyrhitng she wanted, though she didn't eat much we did try a lot
"Ice creammm" she mumbles running to the stall
"Uncle I want this and this" she said pointing at the ones she wanted
"Mani this okay" she asked me looking at one of the ice cream bars
"Of course"
She grinned as she was skipping and hopping until she got the ice cream in her hands, I quickly paid and then we got back to the car.
"I want to sit here please" she said pointing in my lap
"Come here love" I say pushing my seat back
Our home was only a couple minutes away so I don't mind driving with her in my lap
