Quirk info: he can manipulate electricity in anyway he can even to heal himself. He can also use it to make himself go faster or even electrify his punches to deal more damage. He can only do long range or short range attacks. But there are some drawbacks. If he uses his quirk too long his vision becomes blurry and then he will pass out immediately. And another drawback of his quirk is that if he punches with too much power/electricity his hand or entire arm will break. Power: 17.5/10 (if controlled properly)

Background info: when he was younger his parents were killed by AFO during a secret mission and Ray never was told who killed his parents. He had an incident when he was younger, as his parents were training his quirk, his quirk evolved and it malfunctioned for a bit and caused a big scar on his face and made him also completely blind in one eye and he has had to have a special support item to allow him to see clearly in his almost completely blind eye. He also has built himself a base made of metal for his wings and he can channel some electricity to make wings. He has been friends with Momo for a long time since his parents and her parents were great friends, and he lives in has lived in their house since Ray's parents died. He is oblivious when Momo blushes when he's near him since he doesn't know Momo has feelings for him. And somehow, someway he has found a way to attach a cord to himself and he can plug in that cord to an outlet to heal himself while recovering if he needs too.
