Sambucky Oneshots

Red star

It was night time and both hero's were exhausted. They both stumbled into their shared home, took baths and got ready for bed. Sam was the first one to lay down on the bed and go under the covers waiting for Bucky to join. Bucky walked into the room and sat on his side of the bed not even laying down or being under the covers. He looked like he had something on his mind. Sam noticed and sat up and looked over at Bucky's face.

"You okay buck?" Sam questioned softly

Bucky didn't respond he just shook his head side to side slowly. He was staring at his metal arm, maybe something was wrong with his arm?

"It is you're arm?" Sam questioned again trying to figure out why his boyfriend was acting this way. Bucky nodded slowly in response. Sam scooted next to Bucky and looked at him waiting for him to talk about. Luckily Sam was always patient with Bucky when it came to him talking about his feeling or even making decisions. Bucky had his whole life striped away and couldn't make any decisions for himself. Getting his life back made it hard for him to actually do things for himself now. Heck he even has a hard time getting ready.

"It hate my arm. But I love it too.." Bucky spoke quietly.

"Why do you hate it?" Sam questioned even though he already had a guess as to why he hated it.

"I killed people with this arm..so many innocent people" he chocked out starting to cry. Sam wrapped a arm around his shoulder and comforted him.

"Why do you love it?" Sam questioned

"The red star" Bucky answered "I know it sounds stupid but it remind me of my sister...one time when we were kids I broke my arm since it looked boring she took a marker and drew red stars all over it...since my favorite color was red and she told me that I was the star in her life.." he chocked out now he was full on crying and turned into Sam's chest and cried. Sam comforted him until he heard snoring and moved Bucky into his side of the bed and and went to bed still cuddling the love of his life. His star.
