Ju-Kyung woke up at six a.m., not expecting anything bad to happen to her. It was supposed to be a regular morning, free of anything negative. But she just had to catch a cold. As Ju-Kyung walked to school, holding an umbrella to shield her from the rain and any chance of getting sicker, she heard her name being called.
"Ju-Kyung!"
"...Sujin?"
Sujin ran up to her girlfriend and hugged her from behind, making Ju-Kyung smile.
"Good morning!"
"Good morning."
"What's wrong with you?"
"I'm sick."
"How did you get sick?"
"I don't know. Maybe someone near me yesterday had something and gave it to me."
"That's not good. Lucky for you, I'm here to treat you and help you! Now, come on. We have to catch the store before school starts!"
Sujin took Ju-Kyung's hand and dragged her to the nearby store. Water flowed around them as they moved, luckily not wetting their socks. They entered the store, heading straight to the tea section. Sujin grabbed a cup and started to make tea while Ju-Kyung sat down and looked around.
"Sujin, could you get me some chips?"
"After I'm done making your tea."
Sujin finished making Ju-Kyung's tea instantly.
"Here you go."
She handed Ju-Kyung the cup before grabbing the bag of chips she was eyeing a minute ago, along with some other snacks.
"Let's head to the counter."
Ju-Kyung got up and went with Sujin to the counter.

After checking everything out, they walked out and went to school. It was still raining, just as soft as it was before.
"What's up with her?"
"She's not feeling well, Seojun."
"Dang, that's bad. I hope you feel better, Ju-Kyung."
"Thanks."
Ju-Kyung took a sip of her tea once she sat at her desk, not ready for the day she was about to go through. Sujin went to her side and covered her in a blanket, warming her up.
"Keep this with you today. Just give it back to me once school's over."
"But Sujin, you know how they get when we have blankets."
"They'll be alright. You're sick, and that's all that matters."
