Chapter 3

Who was this so called Master?...

Auphora peeked outside of her office and saw the same creature.

She walked through the wall and into the hall.

The creature jumped up "How did you just walk through that wall?"

Then it clasped it's mouth.

"That doesn't matter, how did you get in my castle?" Auphora said. "Why do you need to know that?" The creature replied "hm, I guess I can just send you to the chamber then." The floor opened up to a dark hole.

The creature dropped down.

Auphora walked down the stairs and into the chamber. She flicked the switch, one by one, each light turned on.

"001.. 002.. 003.. 004.. here it is! 005!" Auphora said. "Looks like your the first visitor! Not exactly sure why you didn't go to 001, but that doesn't matter" she followed.

"What do you want from me?" It asked.

"I want to know your name, and that master of yours." Auphora replied.

"Why do you need to know that? And why are you on our planet?" The creature asked.

"Your planet? Since when was it your planet?"

"Since we got here"

"and when was that?"

"3 weeks ago"

"that's when I made the new gems, they must have summoned evil from another planet! Did you come from some other planet?"

"I come from Galat, but that doesn't matter, it's our planet!"

"No it's not, it's my planet I've been here since before the creation of earth."

"That's not possible! Master says"

"Master says nothing, he is no Master, I am the master, the god gem. If you come from Galat, your original home is Galat, meaning this is not your home. When you came here, we're there any living life?"

"Yes, but basic animals, not you gem people, not until 2 days later."

"If there was living life to begin with, it's not your planet, something else was there first, but I have been here for over 5000 years! So the gem people did not come 2 days later, not unless you mean the holders, but they were here 3 weeks ago."

"But if they are small animals how are they the rulers? They have no power like us, we are more responsible! How have you been here for over 5000 years if you did not appear until 2 days later?"

"Well that's simple, you discovered us 2 days later even though we were here the whole time. If you got here 3 weeks ago, you have been here before we discovered you. We discovered you today, that doesn't mean you have been here for 1 day."

"Well I suppose so, but you better let me out of here."

"No"

"Why not! Master is going to find out I'm gone, and when he does.."

The castle rumbled..

Auphora ran upstairs and saw two creatures standing there. "Where is marab, send us to him now!" They said in sync. "Ok then" Auphora replied.

The floor opened up to a cell

They both fell in.

Auphora walked downstairs, "here he is! Marab, now I know that little things name. You really should teach him not to be so stubborn!" Auphora started

"Why did you trap us!? You little rascal, I'm so gonna get you! You know we are rakitsels from Galat! We have fire powers!"

They tried their powers.

Nothing happened.

"Oh, how scary! I never would have thought to block your powers!" Auphora sarcastically stated

"Why are we here?" The creatures said

"You said you wanted to see marab, if you didn't mean to trap you, be more specific. What's your names?"

"Hala and tala, we are sisters, so our names rhyme."

"Well, that's not how the gem land works. So I might as well.. rename you."

"No please don't rename us! You know what will happen."

"Oh yes, I know. It will put you under control of the namer. That's why your evil, because your namer came from an evil land, Galat."

"Yes, so don't rename us, it will wipe our memories."

"No it won't, I may be a lot of things, but stupid isn't one of them."

"Ok, well just don't rename us! We will tell you anything!"

"What's your masters name?"

"Grover"

Auphora clicked her recorder in her pocket.

"Ok thanks"

She walked upstairs and into her office. She needed to make sure that Grover didn't know anything. If he found out about her able to ask them anything, let's just not go there yet. She grabbed a scroll and began to write a letter.

"Dear protector,
It's Auphora again, the one from Haltude. I had made the new gems, as you know from my last letter. But something bad happened. You know what I was afraid of? The evil coming from Galat? Well, they came, and I just now discovered them. The only ones here, atleast that I know of, are the rakitsels. I have 3 trapped in my chamber, and I asked them a few questions. There names are Marab, Hala, and Tala. There masters name is Grover. They are the evil rakitsels from Galat. And that's all I know. I need your help with getting rid of this, Grover, and one more thing. How do I prevent him finding out about my surveying? I have a recording tape of the conversation in this envelope. Please get back too me soon.

Auphora rolled up the scroll and tied it with a red ribbon. Then, she slipped the scroll and tape recording into a envelope. Auphora stuck the Haltude wax on and stamped it.

She blew her whistle.

The dove came and grabbed the envelope.

But then, she heard a rustle in the bush outside her office. What could that be?
