this story related with my previous story abhinav and priya , akshu and abhir
here abhi knows the truth about abhir , abhi, akshu and abhinav are sharing cordial bond with each other for abhir they all waiting for abhir's surgery to be done and then they decided to tell abhir the truth , and now they are planing abhir's birthday
as per akshu's plan no one wishes abhir in morning so he gets upset and went to his room but he sees something from window and goes outside same as serial abhi surprise him and wished him
Abhi: happy birthday mera junior mera beta mera betu (smiles emotionally and kisses all over his face)
Abh: thank you docman ye sabse best birthday ho gaya (hugs him)
Abhi: abhi to shuruwat huyi hai my little one abhi aur surprises baki hai
Abh: sacchi jaldi batao na aur kya kya hai
Abhi: okay chalo
abhi gives him 6 gifts and abhir gets confused
Abh: docman birthday to ek hi hai toh 6 gifts kyu

abhir starts unwrap first gift slowly slowly abhi gets confused as per his knowledge kids started to tear the wrap paper after seeing gifts he and ruhi also does with every gift she receives
abhi: junior aap wrap paper itne aram se kyu khol rahe ho beta phat jayega to koi baat nahi vaise bhi wrap papers toh phadne ke liye hi hote hai na
Abh: haw docman aapko pata nahi wrap papers bhi useful hote hai unhe fadna nahi chahiye mumma bhi aise aram aram se mere liye jo gift aate hai unka wrap paper nikalti hai phir sambhal ke rakhti hai aur kehti hai mere hi school project main kaam aayenge toh isliye mai slowly slowly khol raha hun warna mumma daategi aur mumma ne galat thodi na kaha paper kyu waste karna
abhi is seeing towards abhir thinking and caressing abhir's head (a lone tear escaped from his eye)

Then they do some masti while dancing, playing
as per plan abhinav and akshu decided to decorated the house and abhi wants to spend the time with abhir so they planned 2 surprises for abhir i.e. abhi should spend the time with abhir to keep him away from house while abhinav and akshu decorating the house for his 1st birthday party with family
