But knowing the threat that the combined Army of Robb Stark and Randyll Tarly, King Aegon took a page from Robb Stark's own book and decided to send a small diversionary force, under the command of Tyene Sand, to confront the enemy while he can safely retreat back to Dorne.

So in the late 303 AC, the small suicide force of 2500 Infantry and 500 Cavalry, with the War elephants came face to face with Robb Stark's Army of 15,000 Men (6000 Royal Cavalry under Robb Stark and 9000 Reach Infantry under Randyll Tarly) outside Summerhall.

SUMMERHALL

ROBB STARK

Summerhall, also known as the land of Tragedies.

This is the place, where entire Generations of Targaryen Family were wiped out because of the foolishness of King Aegon V, also know King 'Egg'.

This is the same battlefield, where nearly two decades Ago, King Robert Baratheon, defeated the rebellious Stormlords, led by Lord Cafferen, Lord Fell, and Lord Grandison, and won three battles in a Single Day.

And now, as the rays of the rising sun fell on the field, Summerhall was once again the center of tragedy, as both armies prepared to draw each other's blood.

The battle began with blowing of Warhorns.

The Royal Cavalry and Reachmen, led by Robb and Randyll Tarly respectively, blew their curved Warhorns which echoed across the field like the gale of Winter Winds. In return The Golden Company, blew their own, Essosi horns back in challenge.

Robb looked at the enemy with keen eyes, his gut clenching with anticipation and awe, as he looked at the Essosi War Elephants, which the Golden Company had brought to bear. He wasn't the only one, as many in his army looked at the animals with fear.

However Robb didn't let any of his nervousness show on his face, lest he demotivates his own men. Besides if one can't face an Elephant, then how will they face a fire breathing dragon.

The Golden Company had arranged their forces in a standard battle line. Elephants at the front to help break through enemy center, Horses at the flank and Infantry at the back.

Robb had place his own army to counter the Golden Company's formation. He had placed Heavy Cavalry, especially Lancers and Horse Archers, under Wulfric, in the front to counter the Elephants, Light Cavalry, under Garlan Tyrell and Dickon Tarly, in the flanks to counter the Company's own Cavalry, and at last Infantry, led by Lord Randyll Tyrell, at the back.

"Something is wrong" Wulfric muttered, looking through his Myrish Far-Eye "I thought the Golden Company numbered around 15,000 Men? Not less than 3000 here" He turned towards Robb "You think this a trap?"

"It could be an ambush. Maybe they want us to feel confident, then attack our flanks" Smalljon said.

"No! Our Scouts had reported there isn't any other enemy force nearby" Robb shook his head "And they can't ambush us in an open field".

"What are they planning?" He thought before shaking his head. It would do no good to be nervous now.

Looking at his cousin , he ordered "Begin the attack!" He instructed "And remember! No matter how terrifying the Elephants are, they are but animals. They are blunt tools. Aim for the riders and the eyes, and it will cripple them".
