Broken lovers- a Chase and Madelyn story

CHAPTER 51

-Mads come on- Chase says from the bed.

-I said I'm going, don't stress the fuck out of me- I say.

He doesn't say anything and I realize how bad I'd just spoken to him.
I finish applying my mascara and I get out of the bathroom, finding Chase sitting on the bed scrolling down his phone.

-I'm ready- I say which makes him look at me with a shy smile.

-I'm sorry for speaking at you that way- I tell him sitting next to him and giving him a small hug.

He smiles at me and kiss me on the cheek- it's okay, now come on or we'll be late.

I was wearing my hair down and a white top with some pants since we were just going to chill in chase's friend's house, meanwhile chase was just wearing a pacsun t-shirt and some jeans.

-It's here- Chase says as we head into a building after a short stroll through the city.

We get on the elevator and I take that as a chance to take a cute picture of us.

-Cute- he says as he kisses the top of my head- send it to me later if you actually remember of course.

-I will- I say laughing while getting out of the elevator, hand in hand.

-Heyyy- a tall boy tells us as Chase and him do this 'bro hug'- long time no see, where have you been, in Charleston?- the boy says laughing.

Chase nods his head as he tries to introduce me- I'm Maddie- I say.

-Nice to meet you, I'm Thomas- the tall boy says.

-You too- I say as we walked through the hall that led us to what I'm guessing was his apartment.

As soon as we get to the living room I see a big group of boys sitting on the couch, wow I didn't really think we were going to be that many, I say kind of afraid.
Nevertheless, as soon as they all start yelling- maddie! Maddie!- that fear leaves my body and I try my best to have a good night.

After a few shots, I started being more confident and tried to interact more in their conversations, they all seemed pretty nice to be honest.

-So how's things with Xio?- one of the boys asks Chase, if I do not remember wrong his name was Eric.

That question kind of make the situation awkward because immediately the other boys try to change the topic.

-It's okay- I say smiling- it's not that awkward.

-Yeah, I haven't talked to her for months now, they are the ones who introduced me to her- he explains me.

-Oh- I say.

-did you get a chance to meet her Maddie?- one of the boys asks.

-Um... unfortunately, yes- I say as one of them whispers "spill the tea"

-She basically got all jealous while we had to kiss for the camera- Chase says.

-Oh, Xio getting jealous, what a surprise- one of them says as the rest laughs.

-We are sorry- Thomas says laughing- at least it is over now.

-Yeah- Chase says- now I've got her- he says stroking my hand.

I smile shyly as they all say "oooohhh what a simp"

As the night goes on we had the fun of our lives and end up taking lots of polaroids.

-Byee! It was so nice meeting y'all- I say as Chase and I get in the elevator.

-Byee Maddie and good job at finding her Chase- they say while closing the door.
