2 hours after leaving. Apollo staggered behind Absol looking down at the ground exhausted. Walking through 6 inch tall grass surrounded by nothing but the wilderness. The forest around them looked much more beautiful in the morning compared to the previous night. Despite it feeling empty, not a single Pokémon in sight, not even a sound. It's almost unsettling. Absol didn't seem concerned judging she's lived here for years and on top of that she's the Apex predator in the entire area. She rarely needs to watch her own back. Pokémon would be smart not to attack nor provoke her, most Pokémon are too scared to even approach such a powerful figure. "Hey! Try and keep up, we aren't even at the half way point." Absol said being 10 feet ahead of Apollo. "I know I know. I'm trying."Coming up on a fork in the road, one way leading deeper into the forest and another going up hill into the mountains. "Hm? Is there a problem?" Apollo asked. It's been a while since I've came this way. Which way was it again? If continued down the same path it would only loop me back around. Absol stood there seeming to be deep in her own thoughts. "Come on this way." Absol lead him up hill into the Rocky Mountains in hope to have a better view on where to go. Walking up hill, Apollo spaced out looking at his surrounding getting a clear picture why people don't come down here anymore. Anyone could get lost out here. Looking up at Absol, shortly coming back to his senses as he was staring directly at her butt rocking left and right with each step she made. Almost feeling hypnotizing with her strong back legs and thighs. He forced himself to look down at the ground till reaching level ground. "S-so do you know how much further?" He nervously asked. The sounds of rumbling winds and the crackling thunder in the far distance echoed. Making Apollos fur stand up right. "A-Absol?" She continued to not to acknowledge him. "You know you don't have to be so me-" She placed her paw over his mouth. "Do you hear that?" Small tremors shook the ground. Becoming heavier and louder by the second.
A group of charging Tauros rushed towards them, judging that the thunder must have startled them. In a panic Absol looked around for a way out. The situation felt hopeless since their only way seems to forward or towards the Tauros of back down the mountain though they wouldn't make it out in time. On the other hand the cliff side is too high, that may cause lethal injuries. Maybe if I grab Apollo and- No that wouldn't work. I can't blow them away either, I would only put Apollo in danger. Dammit! Wait! An idea sparked in her head. "Quick get behind me!!" Absol rushed at the wall to their right slamming it with her horn out of desperation. Leaving behind a large fracture into the mountain. "Hurry get in here!" She yelled, pulling him into a tight space. With only seconds to spare as they all run right by. Absol took in a deep sigh of relief. "Are you oka-" Looking down at Apollo who has be placed in a awkward position that lead his face between her legs and being pressed up against her crotch. "Hey!!! Get your face out of there!!!" She said embarrassingly. Forcefully squeezing herself out causing Apollo to fall onto the ground.
The flustered look on her face as she sits plants her butt on the ground. Closing her legs tightly. Apollo was too afraid to face her as he to felt a bit embarrassed and flustered. Both of them blushing up a storm. D-did he notice? C-could he smell it? Absol felt concerned, worried that if he'll notice the smell from the previous night. After few moments of awkward silence Absol finally spoke up. "W-well?" She said. "Ummmmmmm..." Apollo had trouble trying to find the right words to say. "I-it gets really lonely up here you know. Don't you judge me." Apollo looked confused as he blankly stared at her. "What are you talking about...? Ohhhh..." Now that she's mentioned it, he noticed the smell and what she was referring too. Absol face brightened up even harder. "YOU IDIOT!!!" She screamed.
After a few long minutes. They continued onto their journey, Absol becoming more moody then before as Apollo traveled even further behind her. The unsettling silence felt overwhelming with Absol intensity filled the air around them. Almost like an furious aura formed around her. Absol has noticed that the pitter patter of his little feet slowly becoming more distant. In the corner of her eye as she glances behind her, she sees him starting to fall behind. "Hey. Do you need a break?" She calmly asked. "N-no I'm okay! Let's keep going." He said nervously with sweat dripping off his forehead. Legs tucked in, slouching posture. Absol lightly blushed. Looking around her nervously. "Quick get over here!" Absol stood over him, cornering him a side of a tree that hardly gives any coverage. Laying him on his back exposed to her what he was trying to hiding.
